I'm so sorry it took me so long to watch. Been so busy. My husband is in surgery right now. You can use the mirror for charisma. Select "Practice Charisma." So funny about the cakes! That cracks me up. 🤣

You can make them brother and sister in CAS but she needs to be in the household. If you don't they may flirt with each other. Also, if you make the two fighting girls sisters in CAS you can make them close and they can reconcile. You need to cheat CAS because they are established Sims but that should solve your relationship problems.
