All of her jumps are underrotated. Her 3A was an overrated 2A... She almost fell next to the barrier. Basically nothing clean.

I think you should distinguish between the skater as a person and their skating....Anna is lovely and graceful, but definitely not her skating.....Compare her skating with Kaori, and if you can't see the MASSIVE difference, then I guess that's why the judges could get away with this kind of unjust and unfair judging: the lay audience can't even tell the difference!

Wakaba, Sakamoto, Young and Kim. The figure skaters in the top 10 who have great and credible skating skills and jumping techniques.... So sad that they're so underscored specially on the components.... I wish ISU would have a system overhaul. 🤔🤔🤔

that's what I noticed too. the technical panel was super strict with them like what the heck! what I super love about their program were their footwork/step sequence! beautiful and so in step with their music!

Credible jumping techniques? Look closer...Sakamoto and Kim both have full blade assistance on their toe pick jumps. Young also has excess prerotation. They're not perfect just because they're not Russian.

Young and Kimは特別に得点が低いと思います。選手によって同じレベルのエラーや回転不足でも下げている採点と加点している採点があるとしたら問題です。世界選手権ではジャッジも変わって正当な評価がされますように！！日本の両選手の柔らかい部分　力強い部分のある20代の大人の演技ももっと評価してほしいです。

You Young's layback to Biellman spin at 4:06:04 was just exquisite and unforgettable. Valieva reminds of a contemporary dancer with her unrivaled extensions and emotional expressions. Scherbakova is very much a muse of complex classical Russian ballet. But Kaori Sakamoto gave me tears of joy...and a beautiful ending.

What really confounds me if despite having been trained in Russian ballet, Scherbakova doesn't seem to be able to turn out her foot and point her toes during her camel spins.

@@janerishbaluca1529 It's called club feet and you are born with it. It's your bone structure, a disability, your bones are shaped like and X instead of an O, if it is too severe you have to get your bones broken as a kid and reshaped and wear leg braces. Anna's performance was amazing and iconic.

Wakaba Higuchi deserves a higher score. She is being deprived a lot in PCS. Kaori Sakamoto you've done a great performance. It has been tough but they fought well.

I DONT THINK YOUNG YOU’S PCS is merely 33.54. Look at the horrendous skating of some of the jumpers. They got much better score than that despite lacking in skating skills.

And Trusova, Valieva and Scherbakova DID NOT HAVE BETTER SKATING SKILLS than Kaori Sakamoto, Wakaba and Yelim Kim. Transitions are not the same as PCS. More transitions does not indicate better skating skills/performance/choreo.

Also her 3A should not have been downgraded...I watched the slo-mo playback several times and it should've been called under-rotated the way Trusova's was called, not a full downgrade to 2A!

I really love Sasha's programme as Frida. I wish that 3A would go easy on her, and I wanna see her finally land it in a competition. I think 3A is about her mental block more than her ability to land it because I have seen her land 3A in practice sessions. I hope to see Sasha master the jump in no time! Thank you for uploading this exciting ice skating competition. Our national tv broadcaster covered the Beijing Olympics, but showed very little if the ice skating. Now, I have had the wonderful pleasure of watching all of it, complete. The grace, skill and enormous talent of all the competitors, both male and female has been outstanding, and I have enjoyed every minute :) Thank you once again - very much appreciated !!!!!

True. The Japanese and the Korean skaters were the only ones in the top 10 who actually executed most of their jumps following the ISU guidelines, while two of the biggest offenders of the ISU's standards for correct jumping got gold and silver.

Kaori and Wakaba competed with Zhenya and Alina in the junior ranks. The latter two are no longer here, while the first two are here and are still very relevant. Beautiful skating from the Japanese women. They are the best skaters in this field

The difference is the second two became world champions, GPF champions, European champions &olympic champions they won all the big competitions , achieved their goal and also became two of the most successful , richest & the most popular athletes in their country and world while between the first two one of them wasn't even qualified for 2018 olympic & kaori's highest achievement before this was winning a gold at 4cc .

I can't still understand why Young You has earned only 70, Wakaba 73, Yelim 68. I know there were some errors of jumps and spins, it was really unfair, Young's 3A

but Camila's samples were clean at the Olympics and the European Championship. they found only a small dose of doping in her. but this small dose will not help her to lift her leg higher or jump triple axel/quad jumps. only diligent training and her many years of work help her, but not doping. everyone talks about her scandal as if no one else had a small amount of doping. I'm talking about Jessica Kalalang. she was acquitted and not removed from the competition. So what's with the double standards? why should Camila be suspended for a small dose of doping that was accidentally ingested, and the American figure skater was acquitted? it's double standards. I repeat once again, but Valiev's samples at the European Championships and the Olympics were clean!

Gubanova was underscored a lot here. They "foubd" Qs on Flip and Lutz. I rewatched it thousand times there is not even a little sign of a slightest underrotation.
