That trick is the Corvette fuel filter and 98 fuel filter is absolute genius

Awesome! Something different and I'm learning that you can drop the Coyote from the top then the bottom. The right fuel system, headers, control packs, etc. Should cheap and easy do at home.

just be Very careful dropping the tank on the filler neck side,as the end of the neck that goes into the tank itself has a tip that will come apart and fall into the tank,been there done that. and replace the filler neck rubber grommet on the tank side, their cheap insurance,also lightly spray some wd40 or on the grommet to ease the filler neck reinstall,otherwise the tip may break off from that also. and fyi if you want to replace the 2 evap items on the hump you can still get those new tho their a PIA to get out .

How does that filter/regulator get it's vacuum/boost signal? Wouldn't it have to have a reference to increase fuel pressure when needed?

For the single connection from the corvette filter that runs to the front, I noticed that the end on the OEM ford filter that runs to the front was different. Ford had a male end and GM has a female end. What did you use to join the two female ends from the filter and single line going to the front of the car.

Could this fuel setup work on a fox, get a fuel hat with AN line, the corvette fuel filter and then run a feed to the fuel rail???

Hey thanks for these videos you put out. I did go this route with my swap. Works like a charm. The only issue I’m having is the gas gauge communicating with the sender. Any recommendations? I’m not getting any reading on fuel level. Thanks

Your a week late on that fuel pump swap buddy. Had do mine on the fly. I'm thinking about 3.55 gear. Still get little mileage and still gets down.

Can you please provide more info on wiring? I have this exact fuel setup..Does the green fuel pump wire from the control pack go to the FPDM power and the factory power wire to the FPDM gets cut? Or was the green wire ran direct to the fuel pump? This info on wiring would be very helpful! Thanks again!

I always called the fuel filter. The forgotten filter!!!! Only true builders change them out. I’ve known people with thousands of aftermarket goodies and still had a OEM fuel filter. I’m like WTF!!!! Their $25 maximum!!!

Checked the pump assembly from the part number in the vid. My question is will this run e85? Delphi lists that part number as "ethanol resistant" not as compatible? Did the aero motive pump make it compatible with e 85?

I ordered that exact part number, mine says made in USA and appears to be slightly different. I've taken it apart and it has a Walbro pump in it. A little Googling tells me its likely a 255lph pump, though I can't find that part number specifically. It looks like the Aeromotive 11542 is going to be my part number for me, but again, my basket and lid look slightly different than the one in the video. Mine has a black hose coming from the side of the pump, out of the basket and down to the side of where the outer filter connects to the basket. Not sure what I'm supposed to do with that yet as the Aero doesn't have any provision for that. Mine also has only one cylindrical hump coming out of the top of the cap, not two like the one in the video.

That new pump only has one connector and the old one has 2. What did you do about that.

Nice video buddy I actually got a newedge mustang with a coyote swap and I'm running the stock 98 mustang gt fuel pump on it and the motor is running off of it you think this would be ok for a NA coyote ?

What is the fuel pump part number? Did you buy a pump for a 99-04 car? Or is it a pump for a 1998 like the rest of the components you used? Where can I find a parts list of what was used?
