Back then no one wanted them. Now you can’t find ‘em. Lots of guys I know did the aero nose swaps on their 4 eyes. I even got a front clip for a aero nose I was gunna swap on my 79 but the early 4 eye look grew on me…. You can’t even find a 79-82 car

I’m surprised that you don’t keep track of $$$$$ or time you spend on a car. Your work and notoriety is known national. People don’t understand what you go through to get a car rebuilt because no one has explained it in time and $$$$$ spent.

The opening brought back memories for why I took an interest in tig welding. Friend took his 88 hatch to a guy who had a rep for doing subframes and torque boxes very well. Burned the car up because he tried to do it without clearing the interior away from the weld areas.

🔔😎 Basic rule of hotrodding (in general) Make a detailed plan and figure out the $ and time. It's gonna cost you 3x as much $$ and take 4 times as long.... 🤔🤔 Note: always start with a rust free wreck free car... It's cheaper in the long run. Unless you own the body shop.

Know a person that works at one of the three largest Sweepstakes companies and she said many of (99.9%) these giveaways are extremely lucrative for the host. Not saying that they do not deserve the money, just saying what she said. The cost of the merchandise compared to what they sell it for is also a good profit, not to mention the shipping. A lot of the time FedEx/UPS give bulk rates so many of these shirts can be shipped for a couple dollars. The cost of the "sweepstakes" itself can be costly for sure, but she emphasized that these "giveaways" are lucrative. This channel does a very nice job on the cars they produce, his knowledge and passion are into it besides the money.

Totally get it!! I'm alittle over $4000.00 in my '92 GT and nowhere near ready to be my Daily Driver yet. Maybe another 4 to 5 thousand if motor, trans and rear end is as good as I hope!

Thanks for sharing this bro… I am passionate about these cars also… I have poured my heart into my 2001 cobra and got it from someone who let it go down… Today it’s a mint cobra that turns heads… I had a fox 🦊 that was the real deal but sadly sold it when I was young and unstable… Keep these cars out the junk yard peeps.

I just insisted my ‘93 Coupe. A year, and a $100k. Splurged on motor and trans but rest of it was a moderate refinish and I did the boxes, mini-tubs and suspension. Adds up quick…

Hey man , someone sent me over another subscriber told me to maybe ask you here but I’m at a salvage yard we have a 89’ fox body that came in but the person who scrapped it messed with so many wires but has a worked engine in it …. And a worked transmission… is there a video you may possibly have or advice you have one what certain wires are only needed to hear the engine run before we pull it we rather see the engine sold running then sold for scrap core :( I got it cranking at the solenoid but think we may have other issues we can see …. Any help is appreciated but there are no videos out there with the help Thanks keep being you 🤘 I can send an email too if needed with images but I’m reaching out here first

Building a car is really only fun on the tear down because you have a vision in mind, and it’s fun after you have all the new parts sitting in a pile and you can spend a couple days just replacing parts

People forget time is money too. You can have just as much time into a car that will equal out to just as much as the parts you're putting in. Well built clean foxes are going to gold now and in the future. Just my 2 cents.

Dads friends gave me like a 93 fox one day. Had 122k miles I think. Hadn't run in 10 years. Transmission grinded it, back brakes went out grinding, water pump went out, fuel pump needed replaced twice. Alternator gave trouble, ac pump was rattling, 2 radiators needed, all the bushings was rotted, headlight switch went out, was missing pieces inside needed all the rubber done. But the engine did run damn good and guy I sold it to fixed a lot of the issues and engine still runs but it was beat down so bad and that was almost 10 years ago. Couldn't imagine them now
