To use for your polvoron, use an ice cream scooper. Fill it tightly so your polvoron will become tight and will not spread out.

Kasin olya ,you can wrap your polvoron in a colored cellophane or wax paper . Then stored inside of a bottle container or plastic canisters. It can stay for weeks or even a month. To make your polvoron more tastier & nutritious use more milk than flour. Eventhough it will be more expensive but the costs can be charged to the customers. What matters is the taste that the customers would want to look for always. Once the taste has been loved by them, it will always be imprinted/ embedded into their minds and into their taste palates. But then, at times the kind of food to sell is very much dependent on the classes/type ( Class A, B, C) of your customers. If Class A are the one's patronizing your products, of course quality ingredients should be used because you need to cater their fine taste for a certain food. They are very much particular to quality and not to quantity. Quality can be achieved only by using a careful & proper selection of ingredients & of course usually quality items/ingredients/supplies are those that are expensive. As a rule never shortchange customers the value of their money because they are paying for it. Doing this, you can expect always their constant patronage. When catering Class C customers of course one need to exert more time looking for inexpensive ingredients for them to afford your selling price. Although, you are using cheap ingredients but see to it to offer /serve quality foods too. Class B are those that are working /middle class. This group of customers are those that can go with the flow. Can buy what the rich can afford and love buying reasonably priced commodities also. May you can open your own store for cakes and pastries. 🙏🙏🙏
