Make sure to braise the meat till soft and tender that how bulalo must be done. More practical to use pressure cooker to tenderize the meat

Bulalo is one of my fav dish specially in the rainy season, I was just wondering - no flavor seasoning (msg, knorr beef cubes, flavor mixes and etc) just fish sauce 😅, do you have such similar things in Russia? if you do try adding it 😉 the umami would be great and savory 😉👍

The spaghetti looks delicious, and yes it is the same with Bolognese only that it's a Filipino style, can I ask what milk did you put? is that a chef manabat recipe? because my mom when she cooks Filipino spaghetti she puts condensed milk and lots of tomato sauce with a tbsp of brown sugar , because Filipino spaghetti is sweet compared to Italian spaghetti, and we like also to learn German language because my great grandfather is a German, my father's side is half German half Filipino

Our housemaid which we consider family now.. knows how to make this.. sadly she in the province now.. living in our old house. she would add (saba) banana the native one here.. ohh i miss eating bulalo, the food is expensive in restaurant.
