actually, arendelle is in norway, the real name is arendal and yes, its a real city not far from kristiansand. so athollan is probably svalbard, since the dark sea is like stormy, just like the north sea.

It's actually strange how little of the trailer actually ended up in the movie. Olaf wasn't with Elsa in the fire, no scene where those children played together like that, and obviously the camera man was never killed.

Alexplaysminc .-. Well, one thing I’d like to point out is that one jump she made in Frozen 2, around the time she faced the earth spirit. I don’t care if this is a Disney movie where all humans are empowered by snowmen, this is just crossing a line. Plus, she both made the jump, and seems to be completely fine, no potential broken bones, no injuries at all. Also, didn’t she survive an extended fall into water? Like from the Moana episode, the surface tension of water makes it feel like concrete from a high enough altitude.

I live in Sweden, birches are everywhere. I can see at least 10 just by turning my head and look through the window behind me. In fact, there is even a viking rune for birch ("Birkan", looks like a pointy "B") and the tree is holy for Frigga and Freya... I am not sure if there are birches in Island but there are in all other Scandinavian countries, in fact it is probably the most common tree in southern Scandinavia. Edit: Oh, and we have maples too even if that leaf look slightly different then the one we saw. Not that it matter now anyways but it might be useful to know for a future project.

I know I'm super late, but it could be that it's farther to travel on land than on water. Like I live near a bay. I rarely visit the other side of the bay cause it's too far. Like this one town that's directly across the bay from me, on the map it's 16 miles away... but to drive there, it's 48 miles since I have to go around the bay instead of across it.

Am I the only one wondering what would have happened if there was a more substantial villan in Frozen? Like if the element of Chaos, or Shadow or Darkness? LIKE THEY SHOW IN THE DELETED SCENES?!!!
