This is why I love Vision as a character, he’s an android but he’s VERY human in so many ways. He has a level of empathy and awareness of others that some of the Avengers who are ACTUALLY human don’t have. I miss him as a character and I hope he returns eventually.

that’s incredibly cute. I imagine it’s easier for him without it too seeing as he can no doubtably multitask to just constantly know what he needs. but he still takes the time to print it out, busy one hand holding it meaning he’d be working double time, and spending time looking over to actually read what he needs when he could probably do it in his head just as quickly if not faster.

It's because his feelings for her are starting to develop and he doesn't want to see her get hurt or in trouble. When you really love someone you'll do anything to protect them, even if it means keeping them against their will. He's not just keeping her from leaving because he had orders from stark, he's doing it because he loves her.

this. I can understand them retiring tony (I'm on the fence about cap) because his story came full circle and was the hardest sacrifice everyone felt in theaters and it was the most necessary. Vision only had what? barely two movies worth of runtime? maybe one or two more movies with him and Wanda could have given us what we needed to get ready for the true Scarlet Witch villain/anti-hero.

Making Wanda into a villain was a horrible mistake on Marvel’s part. They had two great characters that had fantastic chemistry and could’ve done so much with it. Instead, they blew it all away because they thought this would be edgy.

Uh you obviously aren't a comic book fan. There is source material for Wanda's heel turn. It's not something that they did now to be edgy. when avengers disassembled came out....maybe Bendis was going for that...but it did lead into House of M...so major part of Marvel comics history. My thoughts exactly. The girl literally started as a villain in age of ultron and was given an opportunity to be something better. Only for time to fuck that up AGAIN in Multiverse of Madness. While I did enjoy seeing how powerful she got, seeing her character arc crumble before my own eyes was hard to watch. Especially since I grew up with this character. - Michael Waldron should never be allowed to touch Wanda again. If Wanda comes back, I hope a better writer does her justice. Because I’m not even sure how she’s gonna come back from what she did. - There was so much potential of Wanda with other characters and Michael wanted to be selfish.

It was a flawed scene. Even if it was Tony's "orders" an AI would have a problem with imprisoning someone to "help them." We can do the gymnastics required when raising children by saying it's natural for the parents to teach the offspring until they are old enough to take care of themselves. But once an adult, that goes out the window. To force an adult to do something or stop them from doing something, because you believe you know what's better for them than they do themselves, requires an ego. AI won't develop ego. It will be strictly logic. If you want to attribute the ego it would take for Vision to think he knows what is best for Wanda than she does for herself, to the mindstone, the Vision would be a lot less like Jarvis and a lot more like Ultron.

For reason something never 'clicked' for me with Vision and Wanda getting together. It's weird that I notice the age gap even through android makeup and CGI. Maybe I'd feel different if I didn't know who Paul Bettany is? I dunno. WandaVision improved it, but in this movie the chemistry felt clunky.
