Why did Frankie want to kill Donal though? He had nothing to do with her Father’s death. Too bad for Bartosz. So close to being home free.

@@winspiff Doesn't answer the question, why she wanted Donal killed _in the first place._ You know, _before_ he even knew about her, and before he had done anything to her business. That only happened _after_ she tried to kill him.

I dont understand why they decided to Kill Donal after killing his mom. He got no identifying info as they were driving away and Frankie already got her revenge. That was such a stupid decision on her part

To clean up loose ties and to take away the mother's only child. That's why she attacked him on the beach. It's an eye for eye until everyone is blind type of movie.

@@Nexidal Multi-generational living used to be the norm in much of the western world until just two generations ago. My great grandmothers lived with their children/grandchildren once they were widowed.

Incase anyone is wondering, the term "Bad day for the cut" is a reference to bad weather coincidence with crop harvest. Mostly the harvest of grass to store and make silage as winter feed.

I'm so sorry for your loss.. I lost both my grandparents , two days apart ,and I was pregnant with my first son(they never got to see him even),and I was so lost without them.. it's been 21yrs, but it still hurts ,but it's a bit easier.. I hope you find solace in the fact,that it will get easier with time, but I understand that it's hard now.. I really hope that you'll feel better soon.. ❤

I haven’t seen this, but it looks damn good. I cared for the characters in the synopsis, so I know I would be emotionally invested during this movie. I kind of feel bad for Bartos. He just wanted to save his sister. And I’m glad Donal sympathized with him. I’m so sad Bartosz met his end the way he did. He was so close, but he’s a real hero. He risked his life, his freedom for a man he barely knew, but he knew Donal was a Good man. Great story.

How do they make fights look so much more realistic everywhere else, except for Hollywood.

Probably because they put more emphasis on fights looking by regular people than in Hollywood which focuses on making fights more of a spectacle.

@@hoyofan533 The Daredevil fight scene (I needn't say another thing) reminded me of the fight scene in Oldboy, and that's as good as any movie fight scene will ever get. Both so well done.

So were donal and frankie siblings?.are they the kids in the old picture..if they are, why's it seem like they don't know each other..and if they aren't related, why take a "family pic"..I get florence got Frankie's dad killed(if not related), so she killed florence..but why kill donal if they grew up together..the picture creates holes/questions, I'm not sure were answered in the actual film, from this recap.

I really hate AI narrators. They don’t pronounce certain words properly and they can never say names right. For example the name Donal. It pronounces it as Doe-nel instead of Dawn-el or the name Penelope as Pen-e-lope instead of Pen-el-o-pee. It drives me crazy.
