Special Forces guys are no joke. I know a guy who was a Special Forces Marine (USMC, MARSOC) who heard thugs breaking into his car (Southern California). Out of all the weapons he could've taken with him, he chose to outside and sneak up behind them with a baseball bat and began beating them mercilessly until they had to get hospitalized. Their adrenaline is an another level and their imaginations are also outside the norm of reality.

I knew a long-haired meek & mild John Lennon looking guy who co-owned a comic book store. One day some neo-Nazi skinheads started harassing his customers as they left the shop. He went out to ask them to stop. When they attacked him he took out the four guys in less than a minute. It was incredible to watch. When I asked his wife what just happened she told me, “He used to be in Special Forces but he doesn’t like to talk about it.” You’re correct…the Special Forces guys are no joke.

One of my father's close friend, a marine and a vietnam vet have a ranch(in PH) but sometime in the 90's poachers been frequenting his farm stealing cows while he was in CA , so he personally went there and did some commando sh*t, waited for the poachers for days to comeback while he's in full battle gear like that in black-ops missions(is what he said), poachers did came back after more than a week and since he is more armed and ready than them, only one had a hunting rifle the others have machetes so once that guy with the rifle was disarmed one got shot in the leg for trying to run away so the others got warned not to do the same and he told one guy to tie up each one of the poachers, then after them getting tied, he smack the shit out of them then after he got satisfied, he turned them over to the police, funny sh*t is the poachers accused him of assault but the police didn't believe them coz who would believe 1 vs 7 and those 7 are all tied up and got bruises all over plus they know the guy is an ex marine.

I dated a special forces guy for a while and I don’t know the awful things he did but he drank hard liquor every night when back from wherever he was sent. Never talked about his “trips” away but sometimes I would see all these government documents in one room where he kept these crates that looked like they were for weapons. But no matter how much he would drink, he remained focused and like steal. Always serious. I felt so bad for him, I really did like him too. I will tell you, I’ve never seen firearms like his collection. I have the utmost respect for these guys and I don’t think they get enough mental and emotional support. Anyway, good movie.

It's quite surprising that no one notice about the jimmy's wife Morgan. She never gave up on him. Acts very sensibly when dealing hard situation. She was very kind and suppotive and very much loyal to jimmy. She shouldn't deserve to dead loke this. She should alive. Such a pleasant looking and well disiplined/mannered lady indeed. Specially the wound stitching scene touches me a lot. She is so caring on jimmy.

And Holland wonders why the SWAT team stood down when they heard Holland's involvement in the death of an innocent woman. They realized Holland just wanted to use them to murder Jimmy just so he could get credit for taking down a "dangerous man." That dangerous man was a grieving son and now a husband who couldn't look to the cops to do their job when men like Holland are in charge.

His life isn't going to good from then on, his actions caused the death of a women. He also went against his boss's orders and continued going after Jimmy. If he isn't convicted of a crime or fired, he will be demoted to the bottom. All the other officers will also want nothing to do with him.

I love it that the revenge is done well, and he is not chase out or betrayed by army because his work is appreciated and he is considered valuable asset. Usually in other movies, those who revenge are criticized. Only ugly here, his friend Griffin is soft guy who confess easily. And his wife Morgan died.
