Great video! Thanks for sharing. I’m 63 and feel like it’s time to wear some makeup. I have no idea what I’m doing or what products to get. I never realized a natural look had so much involved! It really looks great!

Yes that is the key..... Looking like the best version of yourself. You do that so beautifully, whether it is day makeup or evening makeup... I look at some of these other videos of women younger and older who have been transformed into someone else and I always think.... What's the point????

Welcome back and my sincere condolences for your loss. Thank you for the tutorial and if I may say, the way your silver hair is coming in is just beautiful! It looks like your hair is frosted! My pearl white hair came in on the sides of my head, like wings, much like Grandpa Munster! But I always thought he was the best character on that show anyway! 😂 I want to ask you about your thoughts on powder foundations for aging skin? Any tips or perhaps a tutorial in the near future?

Hi and thank you! I can certainly do a tutorial if you are not in a hurry. I need to purchase some new powder foundations. My thoughts are pretty basic though. They tend to dry me out so I generally don't use them unless it's the middle of summer and my oil glands are pumping out extra moisture.

@@CamilleCowher Thank you! I was told that Laura Geller makes a powder foundation that is like a cream to powder formula that you can moisten a makeup sponge or brush to apply. Then it dries like a powder that doesn't dry out the skin or settle in fine lines, which sounds like a dream but I'd rather watch a video of the product being used on mature skin. I use the Laura Geller spackle primer and it's great stuff but I shy away from powder foundations and stuck to creams and liquids because of my dry skin and fine lines.

That looks great. What is the difference in finishing powder and setting powder?

Great question! While newer formulas can incorporate both, setting powders are for holding makeup in place, finishing powders are for airbrushing the look once everything is on🥰
