Ah yes this list is fact

Gau breaks the game (vid knows nothing about his rage let alone Cyan's bushido is too slow outside the psycho cyan infinite attack loop) and magic overpowers sabin, who is useless with those fire claws in that dungeon before the empire. He is great for the house lifting story and train suplex. I know some feel gogo isn't that strong let alone they are a step down from the ff5 mime who can do other stuff, usually magic based (no idea why doublehand is not passive but dualwield is) and has subtle buffs like freelancer for mastered classes. Edgar is great, though chainsaw should only do damage vs enemies it can't kill rather than whiff, but cool Jason mask.

Edgar and Gogo make the A tier, because I think anyone in the A tier can be the 4th member of the endgame party.

@@MrVariant Gau can be super powerful for sure, but I don't bother with the randomness and whatever. With almost no grinding, your magic users are gonna be hitting everyone for 9999 with Ultima every round anyway, why deal with randomness.

@fargoretro suit yourself about Gau, let alone Cyan wanes late game with slower charges as well. Regarding ultima, There's also offering and genji glove for dual wield rapidfire as well. This all undermines sabin as well as bum rush only hits once and you can miss that circle input.

In all seriousness, though, I think Gau's a lot more useful than people realize. His Stray Cat is extremely good, even during the late game.

Locke has a lot of the story tied up in him, and is so absent in the WoR it kind of kills it for me. I also acknowledge the broken things you can do with Gau, it is just not my play style.
