Great videos, I'm always looking forward to your new ones but I really enjoy going back and re watching your old videos. This one was cool how you explain how you will run your geo thermo in the future and knowing that you did exactly what you planned. I've done work like this my whole life but I'm old and retired from construction and excavating but still pick up a small side job now and then. I'm very impressed with your new shop build and how you get your boys involved, that Noah is a hoot !!! Keep up the great work 😊😊😊

I’ve been waiting for you to move in, you are now living in the basement. You keep saying you don’t know about this or that but it looks like you know a hell of a lot about almost anything you do. It all looks good, been waiting for the walls to go up. Gods speed to you, stay safe. Enjoyed your kids working especially the baby.

Looks amazing! I was in landscaping for 7 years. I never seen grass seed spred first then covered with top soil. Grass seed is normally planted 1/4 in deep but; if works for you thats great. One things for sure it's very hard work. Thanks for sharing with all the great videos it wonderful seeing the youngsters participate.

Jesse, your property is looking awesome. Your Kids helping you, when they can must make you very proud of both of them. Teaching them young will be a great asset to both of them as they get older. Your an Inspiration to both of them. I can see them looking at these videos as they grow up and just smiling with all you taught them. Am, with all your videos on your side of the property, and the new home build, looking forward to more in future, and walls and second floor and roof coming in future. Love the retaining walls, that ands the plants look really nice. The Yellow flowers, IF they are Perennials, just snip off the dead flowers, and more will grow, and over the years will be fuller. I do that with my mums, as the flowers die off, I pinch them off and more grow all summer long, My Hostas grow back every year, I snip them all the way back come fall and next year they bloom so pretty and full. I have a lot of my late Mother's Lillies in my front and back gardens, and cut them back every fall, and the come back every late spring and bloom most of the summer. The Kids play area, My husband said, " he could of also used that fine ground rubber they use on playgrounds" But thinking that would cost a bit more than what fine stone you put down. and on to the next one:-)

First and foremost what an amazing man, dad & husband. This ICF build has always been about family and a family building their home. Love how your children are actively involved and encouraged to help out. Your son driving the skidsteer was awesome and he's watching and Learning life skills daily so credit to him. Such a massive update video which really shows how much hard work landscaping prep work is. Fantastic retaining wall and flower bed. With your sloped area where the seed didn't take, could you not use some of the rubber or hard plastic ground mat which you burry and grow grass through so you can drive over it and gain traction on a slope yet still mow it and maintain it. Great work Jesse 👏

Anything is possible when you work hard , be frugal and treat people respectfully and I've done it and I'm 70, and you're doing it showing others this is possible regardless of starting off with little money , upgrading equipment even if it means in the mud wrenching and I thank you for that , you make us old school guys proud , keep safe , Ttyl.😎☮️
