In this video I give my final thoughts on the book Son of Achilles by Vincent Montez and Craig Hamann. This is a Greek Mythology Fiction. It only took 2 videos and I've added in music and stupid effects. LOL I hope you enjoy. I do hope after these next few videos are over I find a new location to record from but I banged out 4 of these in 2 days on my walking loop. So sorry for nothing exciting to see.

I'm not into Mythology so I know that I wouldn't enjoy it. It's not your fault the book wasn't enjoyable. And you are just as qualified to review a book as anyone. And I'm glad that you reviewed it. That saved me from spending time with it. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah I think the same things sometime... when someone doesn't like something.. I'm like ok... well I guess I won't waste my time with that one.

I generally stick with honest reviews, but I have trouble telling the truth sometimes. Also, I had a tick on me for the 1st time in over 30 years. The joys of farm life. Ticks are pretty much impossible to smash, too.

Sorry it wasn't as good as you hoped. Lol as an author, you'd think i would be less critical of other's works but it makes me even more of a critic😂Yes heart and soul goes into our work. You'll find flecks of my blood, sweat, and tears on every page😅

I definitely agree the Greek myths of the giants came from the actual truth of the Nephilim. The constant battles of the book that you mention made me think of the Iliad. I didn't really mind that in Homer, but I can see how it can get tedious in prose.

I'll pass on this one. I do plan on reading The Iliad & The Odyssey again though. The great works of Western Civilization are worthy of multiple readings.

@@FacelessBookReviews I read the Iliad last year. It was work. I think I'll try to read a different translation with the Greek names instead of the Roman names. I had to keep looking everything up.
