So satisfying to clean up an area!! I gave away stacks of pots last year. People are always looking for them. I still have more than I need I'm sure. Glad you caught yourself. I'm always tripping outside. 🙄

I am SO with you on the spider thing!! Our garden shed is in ok condition thanks to my brother in law who cleaned and organized it when they were visiting. But I have found insects of various sorts and of course evidence if mice. But you did a great job!

good morning 😃 that looks awesome 👏 so organized now !! And only one 🕷🕷🕷 😉😉. Would we be true Gardner’s if we did not have messy unorganized areas I think not 🤣🤣🤣🤣 and definitely not true Gardner’s if we didn’t “hoard” -save 😉😉 every plant pot and tray !!! I've got a bunch of pots that are in the barn. I need to take a look at them (and organize). I'm also working on a design for a potting bench in the garden. Almost done with the design. We'll see what it looks like when I actually make it!! Great video Janey!

Looks great and in a white blouse to boot! FYI, I have the cutest polka dot gardening boots but are hard to get off when muddy. A friend said”well, don’t you slip your feet in bread wrappers” as if everyone knew this trick. Laughed and laughed but decided to try it. Works great.

Hi Joan! Yes I didn’t think the white shirt all the way through, but I did pretty good not getting it dirty! Ok wait- you put your feet in bread wrappers then put them in the boots? Is that what she is saying? I’ve never heard of that! 🤣

I know you said you felt like a hoarder but I do have to admit, I was a little envious of the gallon pots you had stacked. I kept thinking I need those to do bulbs for next year. 😂 Hopefully those pots went fast from your driveway. 🤞🏻 who doesn’t love a tidy space?

We all have a storage area that is not so pretty. You did a great job making sure your area is nice and tidy. I need to tackle mine as well. If no one gets your pots you could try contacting your area Master Gardeners. Ours in this area needs them for their plant sales. They are having trouble sourcing pots this year.

@@DigPlantWaterRepeat I’m in the Vacaville/Dixon area. Thinking of starting a channel of my own, I’m a beginner gardener with little to no experience but I love the adventure and the peacefulness I find in gardening. The downside is that I’m a shy person lol

I don't like having to clean out pots, and they end up piling up on our back patio. I finally had to break the job down into bitesize washes, and now only have a few left.

Good for you! I'm the same way... At the end of a gardening day the LAST thing I want to do is deal with the pots so I usually just throw them in the potting storage area! If I could just stay on top of it I wouldn't have to spend time organizing it! 😆

Good morning, Janey. I recently moved my potting bench to the side of my house and organized my pots and starting cells. You did have a lot of pots and I'm sure people appreciated your give away. I had all these plans to work in the yard today but was surprised with the rain (and thunder and lightening) this morning. Guess I'll do more garden planning instead.

Hey, love your video. I am from Stockton, CA a beginner garden on a budget. You video is nice gives me a lot of ideas but I have a question how should I amend my clay soil. I don't have a lot of space in my backyard so I was thinking to use my front and backyard only focusing on vegetable and fruit garden plus couple of flowers but I have clay soil. I am not sure what to do now. I hope you can help me with it.

Hi Alisha! Thanks for watching! If you have clay soil go get some bags of pine bark mulch at Home Depot or somewhere like that. Mix that in all your planting holes! I have a video all about soil a few weeks ago, watch that for some more info too! Hope that helps! 😘
