(ok, whatever) bran waking up after the death of sansa's wolf being killed by father,ned(hmm) and bran going to ned after waking up cause a ten year old has wild imagination with little evidence in court of law(unbelievable) can i say this? ... everyone in that area knows bran is very stubborn,not listening to his mother about climbing the castle walls,and not once in his ten years has he ever fallen from it(2) lady catlyn stark(aka lady tully of winterfell) found blond long hair and showed it to her elder son as evidence to bran's case, it so happen to be too long to be jaime's but is female hair(3) an assassin tried and failed to killed bran in his sleep, the dire wolf killed the murderer and lady stark saw the whole thing(4)sansa wants the wrong kind of attention,and feels neglected from both her father and mother,so she seeks out joffery/queen cersei(of course ned/robert agree both houses should be one, i can stand by that.(5)arya is excellent on swordsmanship, unbeknowest to joffery(moreso.. if i were sansa i wouldve given joffery heads up advise that arya is somewhat skilled and has been training with her brothers and father for many years dont underestimate her cause shes a girl and looks innocent, just to protect both joffery and arya at the same time, but that never happened, so whatever) joffery challenging the stable boy, was d*ck move on his part, sansa wanted to be impressed stupid girl, but whatever. joffery and arya started sword fighting and joffery,with him losing getting his arm han d almost ripped off by the dire wolf, he should humbled himself obviously she was better than him(4) imma say this too, and leave it at that(if joffery and sansa had gotten married, me personally i wouldve promoted arya to full fledge black cloak or gold cloak in public. why? shes the only one skilled enough to train joffery if he had a humbled himself. he wouldve had the best knight in his kingdom apart his uncle jaime(and the rest of the guards,and no one wouldve questioned arya's skills as knight/swordswoman and loyalty even as young woman..)

And what about all the other situations in the show? Her character shows what’s wrong in the world where all a girl dreams is to become a wife and queen and everything fairytale like without considering the situation of the world in general. Arya on the other hand is way wiser than her.

The problem is Sansa was put in a bubble and it's Ned's fault, he took Bran to watch a man get beheaded but can't even swear in front of his daughters. That's the real problem, not the fact that Sansa is girly, dreams of marriage etc. Sansa is the eldest daughter and was raised to be a good marriageable woman. Arya is only the second, she does not need to be an example and does not have the same weight of responsibility. And she is also a different person from Sansa. Fortunately, girls are not all the same. And sorry but a girl doesn't have to be a badass sword fighter and your comment has nothing to do with what I wrote.🤷‍♂️

As if that’s the only use of a female. People should have balance. It’s ok to have dreams but one should also have practicality and responsibility. @@JustLeeThings The real problem is Ned's education, who overprotected his daughters and especially Sansa. Which made her extremely naive and vulnerable. But Sansa behaved like many girls her age, which is why she is a very realistic character; it is normal at her age to idealize and fantasize. There's nothing wrong with being girly just like there's nothing wrong with not being girly. Sansa has been conditioned, it's true, but even without that there is nothing wrong with wanting to get married and wanting children and I say that because a lot of people criticize her for that and also because she has no power nor a fighter.

@@blackbird45 Exactly! Parents were conditioned this way and they passed it down and so the cycle continued. And yes, that’s a realistic character and should be there to portray that part. Game of thrones in general has a lot of everyday characters in our lives and situations too, maybe not at this scale, but they are relatable. AGAIN, nobody is saying that wanting to get married and having children is wrong or being girly or not being girly is a problem. But in Sansa’s case, she sometimes just loses the sense of what should be done vs what she wants to do and that lands her in trouble. Had she been taught to face these situations, she would have been stronger from the beginning. Like we see in the whole series, surviving doesn’t mean only to have power or only to be a fighter. Also, almost all the characters are criticised for something or the other and that should be okay too. That’s exactly why nobody is perfect and has their flaws.

" in those days " - GoT is set in an imaginary world. It most certainly is not an accurate portrayal of medieval Europe or late (real) antiquity. For all we know, in the GoT universe the fashions we see on the screen have been around for a long time. The prequel costumed characters not unlike in GoT.

Breaking bad’s hard to watch if you’re not an American because it just doesn’t make sense as a premise Why are teachers being paid so little and why don’t you guys have access to healthcare? It’s just the immediate question that comes to mind whenever. I tried watching that.

​@@tracim3080 In America, all of that is very plausible. I didn't watch Breaking Bad but I am American and here teachers get paid pretty poorly for what they do. In some states they barely break $20,000 a year and with the cost of living here that is lower class, very close to minimum wage. Healthcare in this country is astronomical and many Americans cannot afford it. Many teachers here do have side gigs or part time jobs. And if you don't have a spouse that makes more or has good health insurance that will cover you too, with a chronic and expensive disease like cancer as expensive as medications are here, I can totally see someone having to turn to a life of crime to pay for it. Not that I condone it but, here, highly plausible. Not to mention if you have a pre-existing condition, in this case cancer, no insurance company here is going to take you on. He won't be able to get new insurance. And a basic coverage like Medicaid is not going to cover the cost of cancer drugs, not in this country.

GoT is great but it’s not on the same league as BB, I’m sorry. BB was incredible throughout…. whereas GoT was not. I do recognise its greatness though.

@@orphanedhanyou You are completely ignoring the circumstances. To criticise the heir to the throne is to invite punishment. Sansa, as a lord's daughter, has only more power than a peasant, at most she could have spoken up against someone on her level with back up from witnesses. To criticise the King's heir, with no adult witnesses, is at best social suicide, at worst physical punishment (and social suicide is nothing to be sniffed at, it could see her entire family fall into disrepute and poverty). This isn't a fair world. It's a monarchy and the King and his heir are above the law.
