When questioned in ep 2 she chose the option most likely to de-escalate the situation, trying to stay out of it and not side with anyone. If she were overly loyal to the Lannisters she'd have called Arya a liar and supported Joeffrey's story. If she'd corroborated Arya's version of events then she knew she'd open a whole can of worms; at best the marriage would be off (and her family name disgraced), at worst they could be exhiled, have their lands and titles stripped or they could even be executed. This world does not have a fair justice system, even the naïve Starks know this, to say anything that could be critical of the royals, especially the King or his heir, could be seen as treason. The King and heir are above the law. Ned even alludes to why Sansa said what she did when he speaks with Arya after the event. Even if she were not engaged to the Prince she'd be expected to support her husband to be, make him the heir to the throne of a continent and you really cannot be saying anything negative about him anywhere public. Sansa chose the neutral option, she is not responsible.

The way I see it is that Sansa is transferring her anger towards her dad since it's not safe for her to rebel against her new in-laws. She probably also hates that he's allowing her to get married into that family.

"Reactors" will inevitably miss bits and pieces of what they're watching because it's their job to react. And people can write about those things in the comments if they want and they'll read the comments. It's not a big deal

Sam is great and he definitely has talents that could have made him an effective lord, that his father absolutely failed to encourage. But I actually agree with the guys, at that point in the story he's not a sensible pick for a leadership position (even when the spare is a literal himbo). Sam isn't yet the so much more he could be.
