Sir we can do like this make 5 group of 5 horseand their race after that race take another race between the 1st of all 5 groups horse and the top 3 horses will consider as the fastest horses of all of that 25

It would be incorrect because its not necessary that top three will be among toppers of 5 groups....top 3 could even be from one of the five groups itself..

How can you eliminate the last 2 horses from each group? The last horse of 1st column can be faster than the 1st horse of 2nd column. You haven't done a race between them

Solve it with your solution. Let in a situation these are the speed of the horses of each group. Group A= 90, 20,18,15,13 (in km/h) Group B = 80,70,60,50,40 (in km/h) Group C = 75,74,73,72,71 (in km/h) Group D = 74.5, 74.4, 74.3, 74.2, 74.1 ( in km/h) Group E = 74.45, 74,44, 74.43, 74.42, 74.41 (in km/h). Then say how can you eliminate last 2 horses from each group just after doing the races of each group. Even the last horse of group E and D are faster than the all horses (except the fastest) of group B and C.

ya, they can, but we are arranging them accordingly na? after the first five races, we arrange horses in the lower order(speed) in their respective group and then do further steps. *also for this question only assume that time does not exist

Also, note that here we are not using stopwatch as mentioned in the question. So, we are making the assumptions in that way.
