Hello friends! It's been a minute
I've been making a whole bunch of art things (most of them over on sonoramw.com, and living a whole bunch of life and traveling a lot and having heck tons of good and bad days, BUT recently I've been listening to some amazing podcasts and inspiring things that've really made me want to think and share more AND I've missed you dear internet strangers.
So here I am again, talking at a camera about the ideas that wander through my head.
My goal for the following videos in The Body Project is to share REAL thoughts and results from my own journey in search for fulfillment, as well as:
Promote health, fitness and wellness while maintaining honesty and vulnerability and emphasizing self love and confidence to grow against the influx of social media spread “perfectionization” and unrealistic beauty standards.
