I had a dream the other night that Grant Gustin wanted The Flash tv show to just end already. So in the penultimate episode of the series, Barry was, he didn’t look like Barry Allen anymore. His hair was black with white frost tips, his eyes were black and his Flash suit was black with red lightning all over. The episode was just Barry murdering all of members of Team Flash including Joe, Cecile, Nora, Bart and finally Iris in brutal detail for 40 minutes, that was whole episode. Then in the final episode, he kills Reverse Flash and it becomes a creepypasta where he’s staring into the camera with his eyes bleeding, and his skin decomposing while static overlays it for the next 40 minutes. I remember I was talking to someone who was going like, “The Flash can still be good sometimes”, and I said “did you see the final episodes of it?”, and we watched them together and we were like “is, is this it?” No one was scared by it, everyone was just really confused with it.

Bro everyone loves season one because it was as you said “guy who runs fast solving crimes” gcpd was in every episode and a lot of time was spent there. The episodes mostly were about a meta human committing a crime and Barry uses his csi skills and his knowledge of metas to solve the crime with team flash with the mystery of who killed Barry’s mom in the background for the season. WHY CANT WE GO Back to Barry solving crimes. It worked so well, and with there being new crimes almost every episode it was interesting. In this season the episodes are all about random shit (Ralph searching for girl, Cisco’s ex dies, Chester needs hoes, iris wants jacket, Barry’s gonna die, pudding mf, Godspeed shows up. there is too much shit crammed in. Every episode has like 3 plots and subplots. It is so bad that every episode has to have the last 15 minutes wasted wrapping up all the side plots. Bro the writers have the brains of goldfish

The thing I hate about CW shows is the repetitious formula.. Some person feels guilty because they did a thing, some other person has to calm them down and tell them that they're perfect and never do anything wrong. Then they go to do some other thing, but before that happens, someone else has to talk another person through it because that person feels insecure about their abilities. Basically most of these shows these days are one person talking through another's insecurities. Guess I shoulda seen this coming after watching 20-sum seasons of Supernatural.. Literally every episode of that show is Dean or Sam promising that they will never lie to the other, followed by an entire episode built around them lying to each other.. There is LITERALLY no worse plot for anticipation, than having the characters in the show lie to one another. I mean, it completely ruined Merlin as a series..

Barry didn’t figure out Mirror Iris wasn’t Iris because Barry is an easily persuaded tool, both Joe and “Iris” essentially say it’s Iris and he just believes them. The only reason he started to put everything together is because “the real Iris wouldn’t give up on us” and I’m pretty sure that’s only relating to the fact she kicked him out.

I think the first to pull off the idea of a council was Reed Richard's, i cant remember the full plot, but there was a Reed Richard's council and a few had the infinity gauntlet, and did stuff like try to cure world hunger, the only scene I can remember was a Reed Richard's that made an entire planet that just grows wheat, it was pretty neat

I think I had similar opinions on this season. It started good with crisis build up, then crisis happened and was not as good as the build up, then the end of the season... exists. Season 7 was sooooooooo much worse, I wanna see your reaction to that. But I still enjoy watching the show and will watch it until the end I just really hope season 8 is good and based off the set images it looks like it will be.
