Buttercreme recipe for finishing cakes.
The most important thing is to have all the ingredients at room temperature.
The Buttercreme is obtained quite quickly.
Mix the butter with the powdered sugar for 5 minutes.
Then mix the cream cheese (Philadelphia) with the chocolate and the vanilla essence.
Finally, mix everything together (do not use a mixer but a spatula).
The cream can be used immediately to finish the cake and can be colored using food coloring (I recommend gel).
You can also use cream to decorate muffins/cupcakes.
I really like working with this cream and I manage to make the cakes quite fine.

- 100g white chocolate (melted and cooled)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
