Welcome to the channel of Todd Family Farm
We are a family farm in central Iowa. There's Papa and Granny, Adam and Jill and 7 children.
This is a channel started and ran by the kids with their parents help, we hope you subscribe.
It also helps a lot to like the videos and to watch as much of the video as possible.

Your dad makes me think of all the farmer preachers I grew up knowing in Alabama :) Amen to your dad sermon! Was just reading Psalm 18 and it talks about God gentleness ( in this case the Hebrew word means humbling) made David great. If we let God humble us we can be used greatly. 😊

We are keeping track of how much rain the crop is getting. So far the corn has gotten nearly 3 inches and the beans have gotten nearly two inches. Praise God!

Wow. Thank you for such an insightful video. My wife and I work on a Buddhist-organic farm in Hualien, Taiwan. It is a both a subsistence farm and a commercial farm that is operated by a brother-sister Hakka team that were raised on a similar farm in Feng Tian, Taiwan. We plant and harvest 12 months of the year. No food is stored away. The vegetables change with the seasons, but the farm provides fresh veggies every day of the year. We do have some tree crops like bananas, lemons, guava, etc. At this time sweet corn, pole beans, tomatoes, bell peppers, chives, and okra are the upcoming crops. Cheers.

We really enjoyed reading about your farming in Taiwan! How interesting that you are planting and harvesting year round. It would be wonderful to be able to eat fresh from the garden vegetables all year! We often ponder how different a ripe off the tree banana or guava must taste.

So we say goodby to another Farmathon, most noted for what it was missing. It was missing breakdowns, it was missing spilled seed, it was missing waiting on equipment to get to work, it was missing drama, it was missing unwilling workers, but what it was not missing... new life, new lambs, watching young men and ladies growing up before us doing their parts to make the farm profitable, a family working together to serve the land, each other, and the Lord. Rejoice for God has blessed this Farmathon and may God bless you one and all...

Hi Abby really enjoyed all 5 episodes of my first farmathon with y’all I noted apart from river bottom you refer to the rest of your fields in acreage do they not have names but just known by there size? Nice touch to include little parts with your lamps and bell 👍

It depends, some we refer to in acres others have names. We have the east side fields, the church field, the grassy knoll field, the bin field.
