Jay, the sound clip is of the Borg speakers. I've heard the Borg before, but not the Kim. The Borg delivers strong bass due to it's weird coffin shape cabinet. Seems that the Kim is a great value. Thanks for making us all aware of great products to consider.

Jay, I’m not into super high end stuff. So I’ve mostly stayed away from your channel. But having attended CAF I have to say my impressions of systems at the show are well aligned with yours. Particularly this Fink speaker. So you got yourself a new subscriber.

Concur with you 100%. These Kim babies are incredible. Since I saw your video of them playing Coldplay with Rhythms del Mundo my jaw dropped to the floor. Hey, I'm listening through my Dell Inspiron + dac + Meze headphones. By now, I have listened to that video a dozen times. Great find! 👍👍

I bought the FinkTeam Kim speakers earlier this year, from Tim at Blink High End. I love them and can also highly recommend Blink High End and the service I received from Tim and Veronica. Driving them with Vinnie Rossi L2 Signature monos.

Hi, youre still satisfied with them? I have Elac Concentro 503 which is a very resolving speaker but after seeing the Kim and researching a bit im really intrigued. As resolving the Elac is, it lacks a bit dynamics and bass in the bookshelf version which i have. The Kims seem to have the same resolution, with more bass and a huge soundstage. I have pass labs x250.8

@@michaelrosquist9965 Yes, I still have no regrets. Very happy with them. Prior speakers were Raidho bookshelf with subs. I did change the power amp to Constellation.

Not all AMT tweeters sound good. Those in wharfedale don’t sound as detailed & airy.

@@DBTAudio while there are certain known benefits with the AMT type drivers, from a absolute maximum possible fidelity standpoint they are incapable of checking all my requirements.

Definitely seems a more budget minded performance speaker. Mid high end offering? Nice Aspirations but not going to compete head to head with The best at the high end. But remember performance budget minded.

It is not easy going from ULTRA PREMIUM in some cases or Bordering that and then judging the least possible overall offenses of lesser than absolute optimum performing gear and giving suggestions to consider. Of course that is a very worthwhile cause. I hope most don't get somehow misdirected or confused on their own that somehow less than ABSOLUTE OPTIMAL somehow becomes a destroyer of REAL STATE OF THE ART. Too much of that DELUSIONAL THOUGHT IN THIS INDUSTRY AND AMONGST ITS FOLLOWING ALREADY. GREAT JOB AGAIN....KUDOS

@@timlukas1 doesn't look so far like they will be showing at the audio shows in early 2023 in the USA? Do You know any different on showings? Would be curious to see 1st hand if they really can deliver the ultra high end or are they at some other level? For Me to form a valid opinion I would like to hear their entire system run by my invented Proprietary Power Rig(easily the finest in the world at any price) as then It could then best become determined Audibly and Measurably their specific and unique capacities as opposed to variables that lead to opinions that may be questioned for valid reasons. I am curious to hear their offerings. Do they really deliver a truly world class experience or best of class engagement? How and Why? Let's find out.
