We are getting ready for our chicken stew so today I'm making Fire Crackers to go with the stew.
FIRE CRACKERS
1 box of saltine crackers
1 2/3 cup of veg oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 envelops Ranch dressing mix
2 Tablespoons red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
Mix everything except crackers in a zip lock bag. Mix well. Add the box of crackers and rotate bag around several times. Come back ever few minutes for an hour and turn bag over to make sure every cracker is coated. Let sit overnight.
Enjoy!!
No baking needed!

A couple of days ago I saw your 2023 video on these here fire crackers and they sure looked good. But, I haven't tried them yet. I think I am going to try a small batch with olive oil, because it sounded good when you said you wouldn't, and I thought why not? It sounds good. I mean, have you ever had toasted garlic with olive oil, salt and pepper with bread at Zio's or some other Italian restaurant, delish. Anyway this was in my videos to watch, and here I am in 2024 watching sort of like "Back to the Future". God Bless.
