That's one magic property Stu, so many pigs. I'm trying to find a property and plan a trip to take my son out on his first ever trip, very hard to find a nice property these days.
@HuntingwithStu7 жыл бұрын
Yes it is mate. Just get in the car and drive around for a couple of days and drop into as many places as possible. Don't take guns or cams just a few bottles of Bundy to give to those who are happy to have you back so they remember you when you ring em up for access.
@ryanporter24927 жыл бұрын
Find it so frustrating that responsible shooters can't have semi autos, you would be doing the governments feral animal control a big favour
@HuntingwithStu7 жыл бұрын
Yes mate but the lever is pretty fast. I just have to do a bit more practice with it then I will be on a roll.
@ianr51787 жыл бұрын
You can if your a primary producer
@ryanporter24927 жыл бұрын
Ian R yes I understand you can as a primary producer but there are plenty of responsible recreational shooters that deserve the right to own and use a tool which can control feral animals in a more effective way.... like it used to be. My opinion is that the police should screen the people more and not the guns.
@ianr51787 жыл бұрын
The problem is the gun nuts that want these fire arms and will probably never use them for there intended purpose , some I'm sure just want to say they have autos I am a primary producer and have a c class lic and they aren't as open and unlimited as you might think I agree with you though I shot 3 pigs quite quickly with my bolt action 223 last year but could have had 6 if I had that lic at the time and an auto like we all used to have

So the Adler is pretty cool hey, if your in NSW you can get a full length 8 shot replacement tube, you need a dealer to do the paperwork for you. If you want details just reply & i will send you some info. No SSGs yet hey?
@tinytedy7 жыл бұрын
Also you use the Adler like any other lever action, lever the action while on the shoulder its much quicker. :) Great vid love the chases.
@HuntingwithStu7 жыл бұрын
Yes mate, I have to get used to it keeping it in the shoulder.
@HuntingwithStu7 жыл бұрын
Yes mate I like it as it is a tough solid gun. I reckon the 5 shot mag is good enough as there is always time to stuff more into it during the luls in the battles. I want to try the SGs or SSGs with a full choke as currently I have the mid size choke and it seemed to spread the pattern a bit wide over a short distance and with 9 pellets only a few were hitting the pigs unless you were right on top of them.
@tinytedy7 жыл бұрын
If you can get Eley SGs they are a bigger pellet, & going by Nioa they pattern better then Win SGs. Im going to try patterning some this trip in my Adler. Beyond that its Win SSGs all the way IMHO.
