When we pulled up and the Mach-E was down there, it might have been the most impressive thing we have ever seen. Our 30' Airstream would have been even sketchier than that! Sorry we missed out on the beer drinking, but happy we got to go back to our queen size bed and plumbing in the camper! 😂 Thanks for having us out, we had a lot of fun!

Love almost everything about that Rivian but that Ford Frunk design is how it should be done. The grill area lifting up so you aren't have to reach up and lean over get get at everything. Lots of scratches going to happen on the Rivian with people having to lift things up and over vs. the Ford.

The fact you can bring a real coffee maker is a definite plus.

Next time show more of the camping. From what is shown it looks like y'all are in a dirt parking lot. Show us around and lets us see what it's like to be there.

I definitely would have liked more depth on a payload maxed hill climb range test. I guess we got the bottomline, but without perspective of the actual drive, it was hard to gather how usable these vehicles are for mountain trips and camping overall. Do we need to have rv facilities to plug into?

A heavy ass tent. My Tarptent Double Rainbow weighs less than 4lbs with an Exped Down Mat in it. I will never understand rooftop tents or trailers.

Sorry but electric pickups just don't get the job done. TFL just did a tow test against a Silverado 6.2 V-8 and the Lightning failed horribly in that test, they were only pulling a 6,500 pound load with each truck and the Lightning was burning through battery power at a rate of 1% per mile. The gas powered Silverado 6.2 went over twice as far as the Lightning. As for chargers stop being selfish and pulling into fast chargers that you can't take advantage of. I see many fights erupting at charging stations when people like you keep hogging the fast chargers and you can't even take advantage of them.

I have to inform you the chargers in the beginning of the video are NOT 350Amps. They are 350kW. (Watt = amps x volts) Neither the Rivian nor the ford can charge at 350kW. There are many chargers power limits out there but a 200kW would work fine for these vehicles. If possible leave the 350kW stations open for cars that can actually take advantage of them (like the ioniq 5 shown at the start of the video) It’s good etiquette. Of course it’s not always possible, but a good thing to keep in mind.

I have to say I watch all your channels and this video was the first one that was a waste of time. Can we please have a video towing an actual real trailer with real weight and range included thanks keep up the good work. Pull a trailer that’s over 5 k.

So the advertised range is a lie on these electric vehicles because if you fully charge each time you will damage the battery. There needs to be some truth in advertising applied to these electric vehicles. What a pain in the arse charging is being shown to be in many different videos from different sites.
