I'm buying a new Tundra this year and going to get it modified, pull a camper or both. I have an old Tundra and my son has a 3rd gen Tacoma. I like the overland stuff but I might want to haul a camper for longer stays at campgrounds.It's really nice how you built up your Tundra much better than the clam shell or some of other topper campers

Saw your rid at the San Juan Capistrano Adventure Show, nice setup, well thought out, uncomplicated rig. Got the stuff for clean, secure camping, with a few creature comforts. A first I never considered a pop top camper, now after seeing your rig I’ve started thinking shell top. How about some radios on that rack 😜. I’ve been thinking about some screen/magnetic/ zipper enclosure for the rear. Happy camping.

Nice setup! We're looking at almost rhe same setup, Tundra and Project M. I think we're pretty close to one another, so I'd love to check out your setup and get some good insights before we commit on anything. We come from a similar situation, an SUV with RTT (our current setup).

Build came out clean. I watched the video from FWC in Woodland. what was the turn around from order to pickup ? Also your cabinets came out sweet. As good as some goose gear. how you like the project M ? I either want that or the Alu Cab. I like the bend in the FWC but like the simplicity and durability of the Alu Cab. Thank you, turn around time was a few months. The goose gear system is sweet and I was seriously thinking of going that route. But I decided I wanted to custom it a little and ended up just building it myself. I love this camper and am very happy with it. I already know a few friends who are switching over and a couple more planning to order.

Do you know the total wet weight of all your add ins? I’m looking at 23” long bed. I have a fully spec’d Hawk that I am worried about being over the total weight on the rig :/

Awesome interior build out. What did you use for the bottom bed portion to support the cushions? You set the camera down and then rolled after? This is exactly what I am looking to do for my Gladiator for additional sleeping space for the kids or smaller adult when they come with me. Also I would imagine your cabinets buildout is extremely light weight correct? This is another factor I am looking at so anymore guidance in your cabinet build would be great, I couldn’t find your part 2 of your cabinet build out also?

I use an aluminum extrusion to support the platform and place the cushion over that.

Does the twin turbo v6 still pull well with all that added weight and 35s? Also you know he's Filipino when he brings a rice cooker on a camping trip lol.

When I added the bumper you can feel it. I like the bumper but I kinda want to change it back to stock. Always gotta bring the rice cooker.

I dropped down to 14-15 when I got the camper. Now that I added front bumper with winch, sliders and rear swingout, I am now getting 12-13. That’s city driving

The first camper I ordered wasn’t ready in time for Sema so the Project M was my second choice. I am soo happy that it worked out the way it did because this Project M camper is sooo frickin awesome. I do love it.
