Merry Christmas Lucy and Lahiru. Yum! hope the brownies turned were delicious. Glad it rained to your part of the Island, and probably made it more Christmassy. The best part of the video was the cinnamon making clips. Something that I haven't seen before. I could just feel the sweet smell of cinnamon all the way to Kandy. Happy Holidays people! Hope you will get some time off during Christmas.

I'm sure that if you go to a shop that sells plants you may be able to buy a natural Cyprus tree. If you grow it in a pot you can bring it into the house and decorate it at Christmas time. I had a live Cyprus tree and I used to do that. Also it gives a lovely smell which will make you feel Christmassy

I wish happy Christmas for you and Lahiru My menu for 24th evening will be French. 25th December, my neighbour's children come at home, I'm going to prepare sweets, biscuits with cinnamon, chocolate and coconut cake and waffles They come everyday to stay some minutes and look at my Christmas tree with many stars in eyes.
