There’s absolutely no denying that Shawn is an amazing driver. There was a couple passes where I was like oh man he’s going wreck and not only didn’t he wreck but most of the passes he didn’t even lift. Shawn you’re a drive 💯. This car is going to be so damn fast when it goes straight. Congrats on having two bad ass cars and I’m so freaking happy that the OG is capable of winning a lot again like it used to.

I don't think I've seen anyone as comfortable as Shawn is when the car gets squirly on the big end.. All the way through... he just doesn't lift unless it is REALLY BAD! Scary shit! So damn cool to see murder out there laying it down again!!!

I love the fact that you stayed big block Chevy with the procharger. That's what makes everything you guys do so cool. If everyone had a procharged hemi or twin 481s it would get boring. So keep it up and prove them wrong and show that you don't have to have a brand new engine every year. Keep it up and beat them with your 10 yr old motor!

Built a 64 Chevy II in my 70's 10 sec bracket car. Went thru trap at 127 MPH. On one run I leaned on the shifter at end of run and went into 1st gear. Didn't wreck but it was an experience I will never forget. Shawn has a much bigger set than I ever had to drive that road rocket and manage to man handle it as well as he does. Hope all goes well but stay as safe as you can performing on the ragged edge.

I had a 69’ SS Nova Gloss black, first car, high school, you know who i pull for. Funny back in 78’ a 396 pushin 400 hp hooked up to a turbo 400 tranny was considered a fast car, i wouldn’t even put it in line today. Crazy how far this sport has come

Going right off the line. Great run for a new car. I re built my 67 nova last year and went to a roots blower and did chassis under it and it was a hand full to get lined out. Just need passes and and know how. Yall will get it have faith. Love to see the murder nova get faster.
