Smaller batches might make for crispier fish. Fry daddies have a tendency to cool off quickly if to much is added at one time which can lead to more oil soaking into the fillets and breading. Just a thought, turkey fryer for large batches of fish. Banger video though. Hoping to get on some crappie and gills here in Montana over New Year's

instead of putting the fish finder in the same hole you should drill a hole like 6 inches away so you dont have to keep moving it out of the way

When the guide steals your hole.... And hey soak the fish in Franks Red Hot for an hour or 12. Then use whatever you want for breading. Then fry them bitches up. Zero eggs will be hurt in the making.
