The only player I'd consider taking in Free agency is Lonzo Ball and that's it. I don't think most free agents are considering utah rn, we're not in a win now state of play unfortunately and none of these guys turn the needle. If Lonzo starts to play again, Utah would be a good place for him to come back and start hooping in a low risk situation and provide him with the chance to show that he is still a quality nba player and it would address our point guard situation.

The names that hold the most appeal to me are Tyus Jones, DeRozan, or Tobias Harris. DeRozan still can get his own shot and carry a team. The Jazz currently have no one that can consistently do that. Jones is a good all around PG, better than Keyonte at this point and like Harris is a good defender. To me Kessler is not a starter (no offense except for dunks). We played the best this season with Collins as the starter. In the draft, we need to look at UConn's Clingham in the draft who is much better rounded as a player and is someone who plays with an edge like the Marquette PG Tyle Kolek who should be available at the end of the 1st round. If we got two of those five on next year's roster, I would be happy.

Jrue Holiday has been someone i wanted in Utah for years. Boston got him for nothing. Monk would also be great fit. And we still can trade for a big name.

When it comes to free agents it depends on many factors , are the Jazz looking for a journeyman to apprentice the younger players, are they trying to win next year or tank? Or just fill out the roster a bit ?

I'm less interested in what helps the jazz than I am in when is the moment they stop losing on purpose....It seems to me they have might have at least one but maybe two more years of tanking for higher draft picks in drafts that are a lot stronger than this one. Are they seriously going to try and add players this offseason to win more? I doubt it.

I would sign Miles Bridges in a heartbeat, move John Collins, and add Hayward for vet bench player. Bridges, Lauri and Walker as your starting 3,4, & 5.

5 Lauri - has the body to defend bigs 4 Hendricks - good defender, perhaps great defender someday 3 Bridges - defends opponents best players All of them stretching the floor for Keyonte & Sensabaugh driving Exciting starting 5 imo

Why would you want to be 40 percent of the hornets? The hornets already have these guys and it doesnt help them why would it help us.

@@danr1542 guys don’t make a team or equal 40% plus Hayward was a Jazzman first. The Jazz are 10x a better organization vs Hornets. John Collin’s, Lauri and Kessler don’t work together and I would keep Kessler over Collins so go get a SF who is young and shoot the three well to spread the floor.

Sad state of affairs when the Jazz have to overpay to get even average players and/or players like DeRozan who might fall off at any moment. I know Markannen went to them and said he's tired of getting his ass whooped physically every game to put in numbers on a team that doesn't seem interested in winning right now

I’ve tried being a good fan and not bailing on the team but they are unwatchable. Truly the worst iteration of the Jazz that I’ve ever seen. None of the young players have the it factor. They are clearly showcasing John and Collin with the hopes that they can parlay them off in the offseason. So all that’s left is Lauri and some poker chips after years of not skipping steps.

Yeaaaa Im just gonna watch the Orlando Magic for a while. None of these rookies will ever amount to being Don. And you already had Don and even that wasnt good enough. Keyonte is "just another scorer" who like Clarkson, can pass but its going to come with 5 turnovers. He is not going to be Jamaal Murray just because his skin tone and body build is similar......I know thats what you all dream but its not likely. Hendricks looks totally "meh" to me. He looks like every other player Ive ever seen that waits around for a corner 3 or trailing 3. Sensabaugh is kind of interesting. Another scorer who has his ups and downs. Yawn whatever. None of these dudes are 20 ppg guys. Maybe Keyonte but it will be on bad efficiency. Don was already a building block by Christmas of his rookie year and it was obvious he had "it". The stars flash right away typically. They dont need 5 years to get good. They hit the floor right away as pretty good to above average with flashes of greatness. They already score 20 per game just walking in the door......none of these guys are that.

I’d trade Laurie Collins clarkson and sexton draft two players and bring up two dleaguers and tank til 2030 nothing better than watching this loser organization get beat by 30 every night

Why not? Maybe one of those draft picks will mysteriously morph into Michael Jordan or Larry Byrd. Sure, the chances are like one in 1000. But we're all in on tank city even though it doesn't seem like it's helping us get better in the future and we have no guaruntees.

for the money Utahn's have put into this organization and especially the people of Salt Lake and Davis Counties, I say sell the Jazz while they still have any kind of a name and move them away! waste of money time and space! Sell that terrible Soccer team while your at it! Soccer has failed in Utah. Make room for Hockey and Baseball.
