What’s up everyone . Welcome back to polar man studio . Today Iam going to take you guys On a tour inside India’s most beautiful and sophisticated research station at Antarctica - BHARATI. I hope this video will be more informative and in depth about one of the best stations at Antarctica which is self sustainable. So sit back relax and enjoy the video .

India have currently two Activa stations - Bharti and Maitri , the 3rd one Dakshin Gangotri is been decommissioned.

You dont get 4g internet but still yes 2 mbps they say but it will be slow like say 3g .

The ship is hired. The crew is Russian. In the station there is a communication guy but I think he is from DRDO government organisation. The application is released now . Check in the website Ncaor.gov.in please .

Of course this station will be surrounded by snow during winter . However all our stations are on rocks .

Internet is available. Online transaction you can do . But remember there will be no mobile network so if otp option is there then use your email for OTP.

No you can’t . You can go as a contractual employee or a polar scientist .

You cannot go to the mainland but yes you can visit subantarctic islands .

Food is available fresh in Antarctica, do not know whether they eat readymade packet food.

All are frozen food for one year. Dry ration is available. Tinned foods are also available.

Hello Manish I am not in any group. This job is a central government job. You can check NCAOR.GOV.I N website for more details. There is vacancy for the present expedition now if you want to apply you can apply.
