Floor is a Dutch singer and she is very good. But the Dutch singer Sharon den Adel from Within Temptation is also very good. The female singer that looks the most like Dimash is Diana Ankudinova and the male singer would be someone like Marcelito Pompoy. Diana Ankudinova has a amazing range. But Sohyang is the best female singer. There are many amazing singers but none have the level of Dimash.

I listened to Floor’s version and it is indeed a beautiful version. However, I had to strain to listen to the words because the music was so loud. As far as clarity and full on emotion, Dimash’s version is superior in every way, hands down. This is NOT to diminish Floors version because from what I could hear, it was excellent. Lara Fabian also does an incredible yearning and haunting version, especially because she wrote the lyrics, but Dimash makes me feel he’s begging with his whole mind, heart and soul to not leave him. ❤❤❤But, I respect to each his own. ❤❤❤peace and acceptance.

Now you need to check out one of Dimash’s idols Lara Fabian. She sings in English, Italian, French but she has a version of “Adagio” also. Might I suggest “Je Suis Malade” first. You don’t have to understand the words. She will make you feel her emotions. Absolutely stunning song as is everything Lara does

He is definitely throwing all his emotions into this song. And it paid off too, he scored 1st that week. I feel he threw himself into this song because of two reasons 1. he loves Lara Fabian 2. he didn't do well the previous week (he placed 6th [out of 7]), yes Dimash has "bad" days too (not really lol, i think he just wasn't into the song he had to sing-Uptown Funk). He can sing on his knees/hunched over, laying down (there is footage of him laying down to touch a fan and still singing). Its all the training he does, breath control and all that. I'm usually filled with amazement and awe. I do prefer this version over Floor's and Lara's even. He was indeed singing for his life in this performance, he'd only got 6th place the previous week and he had to regain some ground but he got 1st place after Adagio and regained his footing in the competition.

Dimash is not talented, he is gifted only by the God. So: his absolute powerful and unshakable presence on stage, compared by some to a god of music, sometimes to a prince or king, the energy he absorbs from the Universe, then how he anchors himself to the Earth, his connection with the Divinity, all at a place, it gives him the strength and confidence to "command the audience, to order the orchestra, to order the song", so that everything comes out the way he wants and how Dimash feels, that is unique. All these qualities are only at Dimash, absolutely. The goosebumps and hypnosis induced by Dimash are the characteristics of his concerts and appearance on stage, which are shaped by his endless beauty, sometimes translucent, sometimes sensual, sometimes angelic !!! Dimash is storm, thunder, lightning, sun, rain, smile, but also love and last but not least he is our hope and our daily light, he is our spiritual food when you put your head on the pillow and start dreaming like tomorrow it's a day… !!!!! Damash was one step away from world fame and glory and did not spare his mental strength in every stage of the competition - he gave all his best. Now everything is different. Adagio - In music, this is called a slow tempo. Italian word. The music was written by the Italian composer Tomaso Albinoni between 1693 and 1740, a musical work by Remo Giazotto (first published in 1958). According to Giazotto, the play is a reconstruction based on a fragment from the music of Tomaso Albinoni, which he found in 1945 in the ruins of the Saxon State Library destroyed during the bombing of Dresden.

The fabulous songwriter/singer Laura Fabian wrote this song, and Dimash has had a crush on her since his preteens. He finally was able to sing with her a few years back at a birthday party for Igor Krutoy. Igor used to throw multi-million dollar birthday parties for himself and at this party, though Laua was sick, they got to sing together. I feel the need to let you know that you Keep missing a LOT that Dimash does because you keep closing your eyes. EXAMPLE: after using three different notes to sing the word stay he jumped to his knees AGAIN like he does often but you had your eyes closed so you missed it! Adagio is an italian word, that means "Slowly". This is also used in music to define the pace of a music (a bit slow, between lento and andante) and also as a name of a piece of a sonate, concerto or symphony that is using that specific pace. The music from this song of Lara Fabian is a pop translation of an italian classic piece called "Albinoni's Adagio". It was written in 1958 by Remo Giazotto who was an admirer of Albinoni, a musician from the 17th/18th century. He claimed it was from him and give his music this name but there is consensus today that he most probably has composed it himself. The classic music piece is globally famous and there were many different translations into different songs, with different music composition and different lyrics (Daniele Licari, Sarah Brightman and Sissel Kyrkjebo for instance).
