Would love to see you guys do more of these guys. They do a lot of veteran stuff. Do the music videos though. Very powerful. "Wrong side of heaven" and they do a great cover of "blue on black"

Their best cover is easy- Blue on Black" A must-watch. Kenny Wayne Shepard, (whose song it is ) and Brian May of Queen are also in the video. The video also pays tribute to first responders. Very emotional and well done.

Guys- This song was written by a great British blues/rock band in the 70’s called Bad Company, like the song. This is a great, moving heavy cover and should should also check out the original, on your own. I think that FFDP added a few lyrics.

One more comment- You interpret this song exactly as I always did. A reluctant soldier realizes that fighting will be his life. I am interested in hearing from other commenters who may have a different interpretation.

In 1978 I was serving overseas in the US Army Infantry, this song struck a cord with us, "Behind a gun I'll make my final stand", "Bad Company I can't deny, Bad Company till the day I die."

Meh! Only Paul Rodgers vocals can do this justice even now in his 70's !!- check out the original Bad Company version. or find a newer version they've done.
