Yes it is. There is also a movie called Coal Miners Daughter based on her life. Loretta was a true feminist had 2 songs banned

@@risag1274 I think Loretta had 14 songs that were banned by the radio stations. All became hits. Others included Conway Twitty, Dolly Parton & Charlie Rich to name a few. True Country fans know a great song when they hear it.🥰😊

Great reactiom...thank you!!! This is a true story, they made a movie based on this song and Loretta's life. Sissy Spacek won the Oscar for portraying Loretta in the movie. Check it out...GREAT MOVIE!!!!

@@strongladyd3542 Wasn't for her husband, Doolittle Lynn aka Moonie Lynn. He was older than Loretta Lynn (her maiden name was Webb). Doo heard her singing to their kids. He pushed her sing at Honky Tonks and Bars before Nashville gotten notice Loretta. Movie tells rest of her story. Loretta has her younger sister, Brenda Gail Webb aka Crystal Gayle who also sings too.

I know you don't really know who Loretta Lynn is but her daddy never lived to see her become a singer and she is known as the first lady of country music Loretta is still with us she's in her 80s but she does not perform anymore. I've have seen Loretta Lynn two times in concert I met her in person at Loretta Lynn's Country Kitchen and hurricane Tennessee

There's something in this song that's missing today and that's being thankful for what you've got. It's too easy to cry over what you don't have, it's alot harder to work for what you want and be thankful for what you get.

She wrote all her own songs and from experience. She grew up dirt poor in a cabin in the hills of kentucky and was married by time she was 13. This woman grew up a very hard life for real. She wrote songs like fist city and you aint woman enough to take my man from real experiences. She is the genuine article, an old school rough and tumble hillbilly girl who btw was mixed with indian and didn't take shit.

This song is so relatable no matter who you are because we all had a family that did what they needed to do for us and that's basically what this is about her paint image to her father even her mother for doing what they had into for her when she was a little girl no matter who we are what culture we're from we can all relate to that God bless thank you for the reaction bye

In honor of Loretta's passing could you please do a reaction to this song, called 'I Miss being Mrs. Tonight'. I guess she is finally being Mrs again now that she's back with Doo, her late children who have passed on, her parents and family and friends. May she RIP as she left us a wonderful gift. @@strongladyd3542 Speaking of Dolly, she has similar background as Loretta's like growing up poor. There is a song tells her life too. It is "Coat of Many Colors" Dolly's mother created her coat by stitching and sewing multi-colored rags. Dolly was proud of the coat. Her mother based Dolly's to Joseph's Coat of Many Colors. There is a TV movie called Coat of Many Colors. Dolly was executive producer plus narrator for the movie. It was broadcast on NBC on Dec. 10, 2015. I think that original coat at her Dollywood in Tenn. Both Dolly and Loretta never forgotten where they came from like helping and donating money in their hometowns.
