80's Madonna was THE BEST Madonna in my opinion. Live to Tell and Borderline are my favs. Papa Don't Preach, La Isle Bonita, Dress You Up In My Love, Like A Prayer all great Madonna songs! Please do a reaction video on Live to Tell. Such a deep song.

Only one of the twins was there and he shared their reaction with a couple other people. All three of them had on a hoodie that said Twins the New Trend. It was posted a month ago. 🤷🏾♀

Me too! On a trip to Atlanta to buy school clothes -key up -Borderline being played on the PA. Something has been lost in songs not being played on a PA at malls and swimming pools. Do pools even have late nights night swims? Hey Twins, here’s a thought. Maybe you could find an elder like myself and you guys do a conversation between the two on our most favorite things. I know boxing, basketball, guitar hero, personal fitness and music are passions, but I’d like to know some of the lesser things.

1983 was the year that was made...The beginning for the most successful female music artist of all time. She was the trendsetter and ground breaker for all the pop women who came after her. Follow her evolution through the years to see how she has been a chameleon. I would suggest the following in this order-Like a Virgin, Material Girl, Papa don't preach, Express yourself, Like a Prayer, Vogue, Erotica, Bedtime Stories , Frozen, Ray of Light, Music, Don't tell me, Hung Up, Girls gone wild...Yes she as had many more beyond that!

Agreed. She cannot match voices with the greatest vocalists but she always had scores of entertainment value, which is why she was a top seller. Whitney and Mariah far out sang her but she topped the charts with her innovative style and lyrical subject matter. She is definitely an icon.

Madonna was and is an icon. She pushed so many boundaries. I grew up in the 80s and remember roller skating to this song. Y’all should listen to We are the World. So many superstars on one song. Tim and Fred y’all have brought so much joy to the world with your reactions. Keep shining bright.

Little brother Dom did those, although Fred sat in on Like a Prayer. They do so many they don't remember them all, and you have to admit, you'd never recognize Lucky Star Madonna from Like a Prayer Madonna.

This is good, but it isn't her best. "Like a Virgin" was a HUGE hit for her during this time. Try "Express Yourself" and "Vogue." (later in the 90s) That's when her music became more polished.

Definitely "Express Yourself" - she doesn't sound as much line Minnie Mouse on that song. Also give a listen to "This Used to be My Playground" - from the movie "A League of Their Own" - it is very good and underrated.

Madonna was definitely the queen of pop in the 80s. You should check out BB King, The Thrill is Gone. That's another banger. Or Jeff Buckley, Last Goodbye.
