Check out my reaction to hearing the song "Show Must Go On" by Angelina Jordan. This is a cover of the song originally done by Queen. I LOVE Queen and this is one of my favorite songs of theirs so I was really excited to check this out.....and Angelina didn't disappoint!!
I'm a 50 year old teacher in Michigan who loves music, movies, wrestling and dressing up as fictional characters for charity. Aurora is like the polar opposite of Angelina. Where Angelina is deep and rich, Aurora is light and airy. Where singing is as important to Angelina as breathing, Aurora really doesn't care that much about singing. She is a song writer who sings to others can hear what she has written. As different as they are, they are both fantastic!

What fun! This is an emotional song written mostly by Dr. Brian May. He and Freddie knew that Freddie’s time was coming and wanted the positive message of Queen continuing to be active for years to come. Angelina’s beautiful cover displays this message well. Her voice is rich and confident, conveying that this is not a sad song but one of determination. Good choice sir, another helpful reaction.

Just a 12/13 year old Norwegian schoolgirl and her hobby, pulling a karaoke-track off the internet, putting up her microphone and setting up her camera and sing away. One take, no rehearsing, posting to her friends and fans.. And now people all over the world is reacting, analysing and interpreting :-D

Oh yes this show will go for ever. She is something for the history book of music. 😊 She sure knows how to belt when needed even if her "brand" is more soft and jazzy.

Thanks Lumpy. As expected she nailed it. I won't suggest any song. You just put your finger on any one and the result will be the same. Amazing. You could try and do the NGT songs when she was 7 and 8.

I think, and it's only my opinion, but I think that some of the things Angelina did with this song are things Freddie would have done if his health would have permitted it. According to Rolling Stone: Even as he was dying, Mercury threw himself into his majestic, operatic singing. Queen's Brian May recalls that Mercury could hardly walk when the band recorded "The Show Must Go On" in 1990. "I said, 'Fred, I don't know if this is going to be possible to sing,' " May says. "And he went, 'I'll f**king do it, darling' - vodka down - and went in and killed it, completely lacerated that vocal." Glad you found this one. Breathy and Jazzy Angelina has taken roots in the deep of my heart. Still I have one big dream; - to see, or at least hear, Angelina perform this song on a huge stage with solid live backing from the most competent of musicians and backing vocals. That would take me all the way into the world of dreams. I feel quite sure about that. Here she is, sitting (I asume) in her home, doing this huge song like this, a one-take-performance, and simply fly high like this. The real live thing has got to be even stronger and better. For Your Information: Did you know that those folks who watch your reactions on TV can't post, view or reply to a comment, or even view the links posted of the original videos? If you have wondered why the ratio of thumbs-up to views is very small, and you are not getting enough comments to fuel your next reactions, that is probably the reason. More and more folks are watching KZfaq on television, frequently attached to superior audio amps and speakers. I don't know a way to fix it other than to keep a phone or laptop next to the TV, but that is very cumbersome.
