"Blah, blah blah" is a reference to Alex's acceptance speech when they were inducted into the Rock Hall-o-Fame. That's on YT, and worth a reaction. Geddy also wore "BLAH BLAH BLAH" T-shirts on tour after that.

For the record (!), the original cover had the title Dewey Defeats Trumann, an infamous error of the Chicago Tribune, IIRC.

Neil the philosopher at work again. The harmonics are beautiful in this song. Layered. Vastly underrated. One of my favorites. In fact this whole album is perfection

Guys I like the intro with Van Halen and Red Rider. The song audio is a bit too low on my computer. You may be able to fix that in your video post production. Thanks for this Rush reaction.

Pretty sure they wrote this so that Geddy and Alex could give Neil a bit of a rest. They almost always played this after one of his epic drum solos and while there are some drums halfway through it's a pretty simple pattern compared to the professors usual brilliance.

I didn't scroll far enough to see if anyone else had pointed out that the album art you're seeing isn't the actual cover, only someone's comic take on the real cover. The actual cover has a pretty girl on the front, standing in front of crashing waves from a hurricane. I don't recall palm trees, but the color and feel of the cover you are looking at is the same as the real one. There is a newspaper on the original cover, but it doesn't say "blah, blah, blah" which I saw WAS explained by someone else below.
