Something I didn't realise until another video pointed it out: The police officer that gets smothered in wedding dresses is our eventual black ranger, so all 5 of the core rangers have actually appeared in this episode.

Yeah, I wondered why there was too much focus on him in this episode too, but then it clicked for me. And that is what annoys me about Dino Fury - in Sentai, they do a great job in sprinkling in the characters, before they eventually become part of the team. Yet in Dino Fury, they throw them straight in - in the credits, before they even first appear. At least add a little intrigue first here....

just got done suggeston some, gokaiger, kyuruger, kyuranger, and lupin ranger, i know the first three have adaptions but i believe the sentai is a bit smoother, but the lupin ranger is what i really hope they watch, as its just a bucket of fun

If you want another hilariously outrageous vehicle-themed _Sentai_ season, I suggest Go-Onger (the season that was adapted into PR RPM). While RPM is a serious season set in a post-apocalyptic dystopia, intended as the final season of Power Rangers, Go-Onger is basically the opposite, and the Go-On Engines are sentient.

You can also hear Bundorio/Bondorio (Bun Bun) making Satoshi (Ash) noises which make sense since he was voiced by Rica Matsumoto after all And spoiler alert,Rica as Bundorio/Bondorio (Bun Bun)will sing the ending (Kotsukotsu-PON-PON) in episode 2 Also,be on the lookout for car yaoi,Tiremeter *it's a ship name for Taiya and Ishiro if you guys are wondering*

Here’s the correct terminology for sentai: Zords are typically just referred to as mechs Morphers are henshin devices or changers The Rangers are either referred to as Rangers In some of series or “Senshis”(warriors) in the more earlier seasons

I'll help you Nikki and Monty......In Power Rangers they are called Zords but in Super Sentai they're called Mecha. When they are combined together in PR the robot is called a MEGAZORD but in Sentai it is either called ROBO or GATTAI in this season its ROBO. Hope this helps :)

The characters name has a reference or pun of Japanese word around car theme Red : Hando Taiya, Hando/Handoru/ Handle, Taiya/Tire. Blue : Meita Ishirou, Meita/Meter from speedometer. Pink : Shifuto Mira, Shifuto/Shift, Mira/Mirror

Coming off the previous series i was hesitant because of how much I loved it but i have to say this episode was decent its back to normal sentai after the past few years of experimenting but I'm looking forward to it especially since its been years since we've had a red that doesn't yell all the time. I really recommend giving other sentai seasons ago expecially the ones that were adapted into PR (I'd personally recommend Timeranger-Timeforce, Abaranger-Dino Thunder, Dekaranger-S.P.D, Shinkenger-Samurai and Gokaiger- Super Megaforce although I would wait until you have watched all the seasons that come before Gokaiger before watching it). Also for the zords unless specified they're normally referred to as Mechs

I hadn't seen your work before, but the algorithm saw me looking for BoonBoomger stuff and sent me over. This was a pretty fun reaction! I agree on the first impression of the helmet, but they do work out after all, don't they? I'm looking forward to seeing it develop! As much as everyone is recommending great seasons of Super Sentai, I think you'd get a kick out of Go-Busters as MMPR fans, even if it's just the henshin. ;)

Carranger (adapted to Turbo) and Go-onger (adapted to RPM) are both goofy shows with mecha theme, it definitely gives homage to these 2 past series. Also! The lady who was crossing in the start, voices BoonBoom the mascot robo and the morpher sounds, who also voiced Ash Ketchum in the Japanese version of Pokemon

Welcome to Super Sentai pals!! For the Zord, every series has their own unique name, sometime the character even make their own nickname for their "Zord". A sentai series called Go-Busters (adapted to Beast Morpher), they insert many Power Ranger reference, even call the giant robo as Zord. For fans/viewer, from what i know everyone call it Mecha or just Robot. For other sentai series, Gokaiger is the in the top list of recomendation. In Power Ranger, this series was adapted to MegaForce, but i found a lot of Power Ranger fans love this series more. or the last year series, King-Ohger. The Story is really interesting and I know a lot of people love it.

Found your channel last year after looking for "Once & Always" reactions. I don't watch every video, some things you cover I'm just not interested personally. But still, I'm glad I stuck around and subscribed. I really enjoy most of the content you put out and I definitely want to see your future Boonboomger reactions. I've seen Zyuranger and I just passed the halfway point of Dairanger recently myself. It's fun to see what got adapted and what didn't from those Sentai episodes when they first made Power Rangers. The 'circle with diagonal lines' sign that appeared during the special move means 'vehicles are closed' in Japan. A unique Sentai mark with a car motif!

Ya know, I know this is gonna be random of me to suggest and of course you have a lot on your plate but an anniversary season is weirdly enough one of the best ways to get into Sentai. - Gokaiger is one of the best Sentai, if not THE best, the season being what Super Megaforce is based on. No joke, it's an incredibly loveable team & season with references a-plenty. - Zenkaiger is more recent and is just as silly as this, if not more so. What I love about it is that the rangers themselves don't even look like rangers, they look like megazords! And that's because they are all based on rangers/robos of different seasons: Red is Zyuranger(MMPR), Yellow is Gaoranger(Wilf Force), Pink is Magiranger(Mystic Force) & Blue is Boukenger(Operation Overdrive). They really do look like their season's megazords, meaning you have the MMPR megazord fighting on ground level! Very silly, very loveable, lots of previous Sentai powers. - Donbrothers is a season you either love or hate, but the cast & characters push the story like no other. Really, it's just the characters being their broken, not exactly heroic selves trying their best as they butt heads with each other & learn to get along. My favourite season, really worth trying out at least. - Akibaranger is an unofficial Sentai (Wink wink) that is more about us as the fans, otaku & nerds who love the genre and love the characters, the toys, thinking of being a ranger, all that kinda stuff. The red ranger is even a big Sentai nerd in his 30's who just dreams of being a hero! It's a delusional fun time for an older audience, highly suggest it since there are two seasons, each at 12 episodes, totalling 24. Other than that, really just try to find a season of PR you love and look for the counterpart! I must note though: MMPR S1 - Zyuranger MMPR S2 - Dairanger MMPR S3/ Alien Rangers - Kakuranger Different source footage mashed together for PR. Hope this helps!

One thing worth noting is that Car Sentais are all very comedic unlike their Power Rangers counterpart. Also all the Boonboomgers have car name puns, Red is Taiya (Tire), Blue is Meita (Meter), and Pink is Mira (Mirror). I love that the Boonboom changers brought back the transformation style from Boukenger (Operation Overdrive). Boukenger had a lot of fantastic morph sequence using weapons, bullets etc to morph.

We recommend you to watch *"Ohsama Sentai Kingohger"* which is the series before this one. Kingohger is such a Number 1, the masterpiece of Super Sentai.

So their weapon is called the BoonBoom handle, it has three modes Rod mode Gun mode and handle mode Rod and Gun mode are pretty self explanatory Handle mode is mostly used in the cockpit Btw Boonpink is just holding her weapon backwards 😂😂 its kinda her thing😂

Your next one to watch should be Go-Busters from 2012, which was adapted as Power Rangers Beast Morphers. They use the American terms in the Sentai.

Aside from that, there are others good stories from Sentai such as, Kingohger(the previous entry), Kyoryuger(adapted as Dino Charge), or Gokaigers for overview of Sentai’s 35years of history and some major guest cameos unlike Super Megaforce. Or another top runner of the unadapted entries, ToQger. Aside from that I’d be surprised if you guys tackled Sentai’s older sibling franchise, Kamen Rider, with such entries like the relatively recently finished KR Geats, but again it’s a you do what looks to you situation.

Don't worry too much about the terminology, most people will know what you are talking about. Morphers/Changers and Zords/Mechs are often conflated in casual conversations.

hey guys, first time here watchin and huge fan of both PR and Sentai probly gonna come back to see your reactions to the episodes since im watchin too, though some would be more comparison than original but if you want somethin really cool i have some past sentai suggestions if you would like my first one is the one that the last season that PR was based on(Cosmic Fury) Uchu Sentai Kyuranger itd a fun roll and has alot more to give, the storys obviously totally different but the zords/mecha are the same, but unlike the PR we have 13 rangers and 13 zords each based on a constellation, its very cool the next is the one that Dino Charge is based on Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger they kinda stayed on track with the story here the fact that the lost idea of "bravery" and music is gone really makes a difference as it was a key feature to the story theres also Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, the sentai that Super Megaforce was based on just like megaforce its an annaversery series but done much more cleanly and well, the usage of the powers is alot of fun and more variety based as well as the reason behind the powers and abilitys are a bit better and more in depth the last is one i wish was adapted but came out a bit too late for it Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger thats right a VS series its cool cuz its basically phantom thieves VS police, tho its based on you rooting for the Lupinranger theres just enough there to give the Patrangers popular, its alot of fun as the monsters have the tresure, the lupin wants to steal it but the pat just care about destroying it so its fun to see who gets it first as they have to use real thieving plans to get the treasure there are more i would recomend like Donbrothers but i dnt think tats a good entry to sentai as the suits, powers and story are a bit more "left field" then anything either way, weather you take my advice or not, i really do hope you love the Sentai series as, though is what PR comes from, its a whole new world from PR but alot of the same to love

You can call them Zords for simplicity's sake, but typically they're just called mechs/mechas They all have the same weapon that can either be a sword or a gun. Pink just holds hers, I don't know if I'd consider it a reverse grip or just straight-up upside-down

Well I can guarantee you that you won't be disappointed, series filled with awesome action, drama, and comedy, I've watched this and Kamen Rider for as long as I can remember! I loved it so much that I trying to make my own fan-made ones lol😂 According to FandomWiki, their zords are called BoonBoom Cars, which remind me of Hotwheels if you ask me XD

i know a lot of people are already talking about it, but king ohger is such a good sentai. it is heavier theme wise and it does connect to another sentai season, but it’s really good. and idk if this signifies a unique change sequence, but their changer is basically a bop it sword apart from sixth.

i love Zenkaiger, Donbrothers and King-Ohger, and now Boonboomger looks very interesting. I suggest you watch the other 3 sentais. They bring back the interest of people in Sentai. Zenkaiger has hilarious characters. Donbrothers has "crazy" characters and gorgeous base mecha. It's DX toy is also very articulated. And King-Ohger has different kind of story-telling. It is not episodic but the next episode picks up from the previous and some of the episodes didn't even show their mecha nor any enemies turning into giants!

Please react to more Super Sentai! I will guarentee u will love it to, cuz it presents a whole new story telling every single year! the comedy and story telling work is alway working up even more! BTW... hahah i am a hardcore super sentai and power ranger fan! it is always fun to enjoy both sides of the story telling in the western and japan side too! Also... i agreed... when it came out, the design work is abit lower than expected, after King Ohger but i have similar opinions! it works for the show and i am loving the suits as it is compatiable with the tone of the show

Unfortunately, that's pretty much all the sites that upload tokusatsu. If you don't want to deal with ads, your best bet is just torrenting the subs straight from the fansub groups.

2:13 Unlike PR, they change the names depending on the series. In this season they're called Boonboom Cars. Yes, they are also communly called Mecha but they don't have it on the name like PR and their Zords

Regarding what to call the robots other than zords, they actually call them a different thing from series to series. Samurai Sentai Shinkenger (Power Rangers Samurai) called them Origami. Tokusou Sentai Gobuster (Power Rangers Beast Morphers) actually called them megazords and has a bunch of power rangers references because it was the anniversary of Saban giving them free money for old footage. The generic term if the series doesn't introduce one is just robots or mecha. It's always exciting to watch somebody get into tokusatsu for the first time. I can't wait until you guys discover Kamen Rider.

welcome to Super Sentai or Japanese Tokusatsu, most of them are fresh, new characters every season no continuation or season 2 for series, some cameo never use same actor for different new series and yearly movie and crossover movie. beware not to compare power ranger with their original sentai source, it a very volatiles topic both on quality and fanbase, it getting worst each year.
