@@Toots760 besides minced fish, sometimes there's wheat flour, carrots, onion, and other flavorings. Some come more processed than others 🙂

I am making this now and tteokbokki and gochu bokkeum and eating with store bought mandu (in the tteokbokki, prob sacrilegious but it's soooo good) and have mung bean pancakes from the Korean church fundraiser. And drinking soju with friends. Thanks for the recipe. Gonna be a good winter night with this warm food and soju in my belly
