Glucosamine + Chondroitin did not help with my arthritis so I stopped taking it; but since I took Fish Oil, my arthritis pain and lose of sensation on the tips of my fingers diminished; also I found out that it does not work for me if a take 1 capsule of Fish Oil in the morning and then 1 in the evening; but if I take 2 capsules at the same time, the relief is all day.
