In this video, I got out on another Lake Erie Tributary within Steelhead Alley (creeks include: Cattaraugus Creek, Walnut Creek, Chautauqua Creek, Elk Creek, and Eighteenmile Creek) with the main target being Steelhead (or rainbow trout if you’re really technical). The water was muddy, so I used probably the most common bait among steelhead anglers in the Great Lakes Region: a hand tied salmon egg sac. The rig is simple: float, fluorocarbon, barrel swivel, a hook, some split shots, and some eggs.
