Finally I found the video that showed me what aspects of the sleep tracking I'd be missing out on. Still shows the REM and deep sleep so that's enough. Thanks!

Can i please ask once the free trail is over does it cancel automatically please? Or do you have to let them know you dont want to pay for it?

Hi, pretty much like every free trial put there, you'll need to cancel the premium free trial before it ends, or you'll be automatically charged once it ends, and will have the premium paid plan.

Not much except the Fitbit app has a new design/layout. That doesn't affect the premium features I explained.

😂 most monthly plans are around that price so wouldn't call it insane but, I agree with not with not wanting to pay that, especially if you wouldn't take adavntatfe of the premium features.
