Join me for a 20 minute STANDING DUMBBELL WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your whole body. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. Today I'll be using 8lb weights, but you can use anything from 5-12lb depending on your strength level. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This is a NO WRISTS workout, which means no planks, pushups or burpees! Make sure you're warmed up and let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

I am genuinely so surprised about how effective a 20 minute exercise can be! I’ve lost 3kgs and barely even changed my diet, and I’m only doing about 2 to 3 times a week 🤯

I am so grateful I found your video today as I'm getting back into full exercising 5x weekly. I always get some sort of exercise, but not like this. I have 5lb weights and had to take breaks just for this 20-minute workout. It kicked my butt! I am extremely out of shape with high cholesterol at the age of 27. I'm only 5'0 and weight 175 after two children. I've been stuck at this weight for 2 years. I hope that your videos will help me improve my health and reach my weight loss goal. I love that your videos aren't too fast and have small breathers in between sections.

Your workouts are so beautifully crafted! I love how I can work up a sweat without needing to speed up. Please continue creating workouts of deliberate paces, as they are so much more accessible to a wider range of participants. Also, have you considered doing a series of workouts with no squats and/or lunges? Keep up the great work, Mik!

I really enjoy these full body dumbbell workouts! I try to do them every morning. For me it's not so much about weight control, but ache control. If I workout, I get less body aches! Your cues are on point, not an easy task! Thanks for creating this! I appreciate how you make me feel!

I love how the movements change to keep it interesting. I felt like I moved through it very quickly. Typically, with repeat movements, I feel like they take longer, more often than not. The timer helps too because even if I turned my back to the screen, I knew the timer would go off, so I was cognizant to listen out for it. I prefer the timers when doing workouts like these. My mind is already looking forward to the next movement. I felt each movement and got my HR up! I also appreciate that I dont have to transition from standing to floor back to standing. I prefer all on the floor or all standing up. It helps my knees. Thank you!

I'm 61 and was able to do this today (first time) with 10 lb. dumbbells. Oh....."sweat is your fat, crying!" 🤣 And mine cried a lot! Outstanding - totally enjoyed this and look forward to doing more of your workouts.

Thank you for movements that didn't repeat! It put aside my negative mindset. I'm SWEATING and my muscles are shaking. Used an "easy" resistant band around my legs and 5lb weights. WOOO!

Thanks for this, great workout. I am partially paralyzed on my right side and cannot do pushups, burpees, etc. although I can hold a dumbbell. This was great, I could do the whole workout with no modifications. I'll be back to this workout for sure!

I am 62 and enjoyed doing this with 4-5 lb weights, depending on the move. I warmed up before by jumping on a trampoline. I worked up a sweat.

This is an INCREDIBLE workout. Only 12 minutes in and I FEEEEEL the burn. LOVING it. I started with 5's and found I needed to stop for a bit. Might go back down to 3's and work UP to 5's. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙 Thank you so much for this 20-minute full body.

I have been doing this since 1 month, 6 days a week combining it with 10 min cardio as warm up, which is much required before doing this and 5 min stretching after finishing it, can see visible change in my body specially thigh and tummy, it's really good workout in just 20 minute. Go for it guys it works.

Why am I so late to the game with your videos?? I loved this one! Perfect to do daily as well! I really enjoyed how you incorporate slow and controlled movements into your vids. I used to rush my lifts because I wanted to get them done. But doing them slow and controlled really gives me a bigger burn and makes me feel like I “don’t have to workout as hard” (even though I really am) thanks again! New subbie🫶🏼

I have done 3 of your dumbbell workouts and really enjoy them, I am going to be 55 and not as fit as you, but was able to complete this with a lower weight, I have a previous ankle fx, so lunges are a challenge.. Thank you so much 😊

After a couple months of doing one of the standing arms/abs videos every day, last night I finally decided to work a different part of my body with this one. My legs have rarely ached as much as they do today - in that really good way that means they got a decent workout, though it didn't feel so intense at the time. LOVE these standing videos, and hope to see more!

ive only been a cardio girly my whole life. i found lifting weights so boring and hard. after trying this, i feel so great!!! its a different high then cardio. my muscles are actually super sore which rarely happens.
