My workout involves me taking a shower, cooking meals, walking to mailbox, walking around mall shopping, folding and putting away laundry, taking dog for walks, and cleaning house.

The most impressive thing about Jim is his consistency, all comedians have that at least one special they were just off for whatever reason, Jim seems to always be in the zone he makes me laugh and hungry with his comedy. Hot pocket

👍Awesome bit!👍 Reminded me of my old “Health Club” in Green Bay, WI where they have a full bar in it! 🍸🍺🍷 I’d go for a “quick workout” 🏋️♀️ which consisted of a cocktail & heading over to the jacuzzi for about 30 minutes! 🤣😂

I used to always watch the food network when i was able to go to the gym overnight. I dont eat that food so it didnt distract me, but love the passion and energy the cooks etc have

Every time my personal trainer sent me to the "gynecological" machine, I'd call it the Sharon Stone machine, because of Jim. She didn't get it; she's 22. So I shared a portion of this video with her today. I've mentioned it enough times that she knew right away and thought it was hilarious. 😆

This guy is a scream! Love him so much, one of my favorite comedians. That being said, as someone who also hates working out, and as much as I love the "pyramid scheme" bit about personal trainers, I will say personally I actually feel more motivated and focused working out when I have a personal trainer, or at least someone with me who has a plan because I sure as hell don't. And I think that's the key to workouts: You got to find what works best for you.

Not sure but I've heard mammalian species on average get about 1 billion good heart beats a lifetime, and modern medicine has doubled that for us. So 2 billion beats.

love doing the stair master and the bike. It gave me energy to go up and down stairs for my husband who was lazy and did not want to up and down the stairs: I OVED it and I am glad I did not only because I love doing things for him and would do for others and because I am proud I did as much as I could before losing the ability to do any of it getting sick. Proud and happy to be laughing at his jokes even if I have a very different views on things. GLAD I get to see his videos and laugh even if by now I know them all by heart :) :) Angela Umbria Italy
