@@imaginationrar3b0yz57 I install my rings to a cheap doorway pull up bar. The ones that twist to lengthen/shorten without nails used. It's sturdy enough. Of course you do need good doorway frames

Been doing these for a while now on a bar , they really smoke the bicep better than weighted curls.

I need unusual triceps exercises
@lolfirepoisonftl17 күн бұрын
It's a difficult exercise at first and takes some time to build up to clean reps, but it's worth it. My biceps have responded the best to this exercise since implementing them about a year ago. Don't give up guys!
@augustodumon977716 күн бұрын
How many sets per week do you do?
@lolfirepoisonftl13 күн бұрын
@@augustodumon9777 I used to do 3-4 sets of mostly eccentrics/negatives to build my strength up first. Then, I slowly started attempting concentric reps but with one leg forward to make the exercise easier but I still did some eccentric reps at the end. It took awhile but eventually, I was able to do a few reps of normal pelican curls.

Yikes I need to set up my rings now. I’m sore just watching these. And ring pushups have maximum stretch and crazy flex at the top of the movement
@NotBrye17 күн бұрын
Weighted equivalent is probably a low incline curls at around the 3rd lowest setting. The stretch is very intense on top of the nasty buildup of lactic acid.

After some chin up workout, which is better for extra stretch to stimulate bicep growth more, the pelican curls or incline bicep curls

needed this video cause my short head of bicep completely overshadows the long head. I do heavy weighted chin ups but rarely incorporate incline db curls or anything of the sort. is this a finisher on pull day or how do you put them in your program?

This is dumb. All you’re doing is putting excessive strain on your shoulder ligaments. You also are limited in the weight you are “curling”

I do these with resistance bands, works great
@l.BeefCake.l17 күн бұрын
Have you tried lying dumbell curls? It's like incline curls but you lower the bench wayyy more it's amazing. I've found bands make my exercises easier at the stretched position which isn't ideal for muscle growth for me
@lokey98717 күн бұрын
@@l.BeefCake.l that's a good one I'll add those also thanks When I use bands I put the bands higher than my height and hold it at the stretch position(pelican curl) as far as a can stretch and curl from there. With bands I got for speed also. I'll add the dumbbell too
