Wow! This isn't just for arthritis. It's terrific for easing fibromyalgia pain and stiffness, too. I've barely been able to move today, and was not even able to do my usual morning stretches. I thought I was going to have to forego my daily fitness routine. Now, I think I can attempt either the 15 or 20 Minute Walking Workout. After that, who knows, I might even try a little more. I'm so glad I found this little gem hidden in the Fitness With Cindy list. Thank you ever so much.

Nice gentle exercises but I found the background music audio drowned out your voice and made it a bit hard to hear you
