Wow, I have always wanted to see pictures of Preston Gardens before it was Preston Gardens. this demolishing of African American homes reminds me of what New York did to Seneca Village and turning it into Central Park.

Your 5 minute informative talks have been so rewarding to me Places I have passed over the yrs have brought back many many memories Thank you sir ! I do remember the beautiful red tulips that were here many years ago During Covid and since I am not able to travel to Baltimore you have been a blessing we r looking forward to many more of you “5 minute” vignettes Maybe the Masonic lodge on Charles st with all the marble in it

I like these little green space parks we have in Baltimore. One of my biggest criticisms of Baltimore is a lack of public parks compared to other cities like Washington DC. Its nice that these little park "slivers" like Preston Gardens are now beginning to be more common place around the commercial areas in town.

They should redo the plants and flowers throughout the garden. I don't be seeing a lot of flowers there. And the fountains never have water in them.

Displaced Black families to make a damn garden and he's so happy telling the story. It's pretty sad.

As a skateboarder I always loved going to those stairsets growing up but as an adult this entire garden is so pointless.

Sounds like mayor Preston created a lot of issues we’re still dealing with today... including this useless garden
