Welcome back to another weekly summary of my fitness endeavour using “fat packing”. Aka: rucking, or a bunch of weight in a backpack. Every week I post a video to help me stay accountable. They aren’t very heavily edited, entertaining, or even interesting, but they’ve helped me lose 85 lbs since January 2020.
I got a few messages from you leading up to the New Year asking if I had any advice. On today's ruck I started to think about some of the mistakes and assumptions I've had to correct along the way.
