Simply, because als long there are people believe in ideas instead of knowledge they will have stupid ideas about how great they are and that they have a right to something. You see that a lot in Islam countries that are underdeveloped as a whole, like Iran. When developed like Saudi Arabië they tend to be already much better. Simply said when people prosper and have a decent life, their government do not go to war as much, they can focus on keeping things well. Only when they fail economically they tend to focus on going to war to distract from their failures

Iran's Shah had a 20 billion dollar defense deal with U.S. and UK weapon manufacturers which was the biggest arms deal adjusted to inflation until the Saudi deal with U.S. in 2019. The deal was signed just before the revolution, and it had to be annulled because of it. Many defense industry firms in U.S. and UK went bankrupt because of it and had to do mergers to stay alive. It's because of this that you have two names in most U.S. defense companies.

As an Australian from Tasmania, I'm curious about why our country is entangled in West-East rivalries and how that affects us. Why should we align with the West instead of adopting a neutral stance like other significant nations such as India, South Africa, Nigeria, and Brazil? I just don't understand what "the West" signifies and what its primary objective is. Is it to dismantle the world, or are there other motives at play? It's not just the US and UK behaving as if they're the best and most innocent, but they seem to be attempting to divert attention from their own actions by painting other countries in a negative light, even when they themselves are far from blameless. Their hypocrisy needs to be exposed, and they should be held accountable for their actions towards the world and humanity. I'm aware that the BBC is often seen as a mouthpiece for Western interests, frequently offering biased and unfavorable portrayals of the East. I feel deeply saddened for the people living in the Middle East. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone, whether they are from Israel, Palestine, Iran, or any other Middle Eastern nation, who is suffering and dying due to conflicts influenced by the West. These conflicts are not solely about religious differences nor iran but often arise from the mistakes made by Western particularly England, which now tries to shift blame onto other countries instead of taking responsibility. Yes, because it's one of the few sources that has credibility. A lot of people don't really want a free press. They want a press that agrees with them. That's why people want to shut it up. It is about role, not ''right''. The U.S has the role that both the U.K and France used to have, which is to be a global power that smaller nations can rely on. Without the U.S there would be alot more war in Asia, namely in Japan and Korea as China would be invading everyone around it, Russia probably would be invading all of Eastern Europe... There would be tens of millions of deaths if not hundreds of millions. Terrorism also would be much more prevalent and we would have tons of planes flying into skyscrappers. Turkey also would be trying to conquer more land, namely in the Levant and South-East Europe... perhaps even the Middle East.
